Josh is a lovely man & very friendly, he does a great job of cleaning my windows, grandkids wanted to go out & watch what he was doing & he was great with them

Signed up in may they came on the 11/06/26, still didn't have my account sorted .
2 month later still no window cleaner no account waste of time tbh.

A guy came to my door the other week and signed me up.I did need a window cleaner.
The man wouldn`t give me his buisness card until I signed up,then insisted on my bank details!
I wish I had closed the door then,unfortunately I never.
I didn`t get back in touch to arrange my 1st clean,and they took the £15 anyway!!
I have emailed them twice,sent a message on the website,and a message on messenger.
No reply at all,just a case number.
I am on benefits and cannot afford to pay £15 just for signing up!!
I will keep fighting for my refund!
This is disgraceful!

The earlier times that they cleaned our windows they made a good job of it.
But the last time they tried to clean them they left the windows in a worse state than before they came.
I required a refund but after two weeks waiting I don't think that I will get one. So I will go else where for a window cleaner

Absolute con artists this company. The lads turn up fair enough. First clean wasn't bad but when I spoke to the fella , he stated he just does the first cleans. Which makes me think he is sent out to do a good job on the first one and then they don't give a monkeys after that. Which has proved to be true. These lot basically chuck a bit water on your windows and then leave. I've had the same marks on my windows for months now. Mental these lot take your money for nowt. Account was never set up. Can't log in. Cleaner said I have to call customer services. Which I am going to do to cancel but by reading reviews on here and speaking to a lass in my street who signed up same time as me. She's had the exact same experience and she said she's had to go into her bank to cancel her debit card as that's the only way to cancel with this lot because they will just keep billing you. Absolute cowboys. Avoid at all costs. When they turn up at your door tell the bloke to do one.

Window cleaner shows up on front camera heading towards my gate at 13:18:41 by foot he takes a picture of the front door. Van is parked on the outside of the Cul-de- Sac does not park inside near to my house despite being plenty of space to park the van.

Camera footage shows he cleans both front upstairs windows, front door and dining room window in the front.

Window cleaner goes off camera at 13:22:00 to supposedly go through side gate which leads to the back garden (The side gate was unlocked at 08:18:15 awaiting window cleaners pending arrival). You can see in the footage the hose pipe does not get pulled to go through side gate or to be able to reach back windows. Window cleaner appears back on front camera at 13:22:32 takes another picture of front door and leaves.

Back garden camera shows the window cleaner appear on camera at 13:22:23 looks at rear garden windows then walks away and leaves without washing the windows.
The side windows were NOT cleaned either as the ground was dry.

I get charged £12 for ALL windows cleaned but all that was cleaned was 3 windows and a door.

How many other people are being charged for incomplete work especially those who do not have cameras.

Need to cancel this service

I was mislead by the canvesser I didn’t want my windows washed by a broom on a hosepipe but that is exactly how they cleaned my windows the young man that does it is polite enough (think he is maybe window cleaner number 3) I was told my doors would be cleaned and also my window sills but come on its a man with a brush on a hosepipe for goodness pipe I was told they would message me the day before I have yet to know when they are coming he just turns up knocks on the door to ask me to open my back gate so he can do the back windows so far I have been in to open the back gate was also told the payment would be taken 2 days after the clean they actually take it before the guy is finished (well they try to take it but they clean on a Monday I get paid Wednesday) so if it was true they take the money 2 days later I would have been paid they then proceed to take £10.20 until they get the £17 it costs me to get my windows cleaned by a man with a brush on a hosepipe
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone if they asked me I have tried to cancel through my account but according to the website I don’t have an account
I do think I am being over generous with 2 stars It should really be 0 stars

Very friendly like the fact they message you prior,to arrival, so you can make sure they have access to all areas,very professional and done a really goid job

Company were really friendly when they first called to ask if we needed a window cleaner and signing up was very easy.
They texted to tell me exactly when the window cleaner would be coming and Joshua, the window cleaner, gave me a call to let me know he’d be there within the hour.
Joshua cleaned all of the windows - including the wee ones at the top of the front door - front and back, thoroughly, no fuss, and was courteous and friendly. Super happy with our first cleaning and looking forward to gleaming windows from now on!

No nonsense no pressure service! Windows left sparkling amazing company definitely recommend!!

Joshua cleans the windows beautifully, and advises me of when he is due. Am very happy with that but not with the constant reminders to pay when I usually do so within a day. Last month I received more than eight! If Joshua were not so good, I would change window cleaners. You really need to get rid of your IT consultants and put a proper system in.

Avoid i cancelled this service in may for a rubbish job and not turning up and still took payment several times another message now to say my windows are being cleaned tomorrow. Seems like im going to have to cancel my bank card to get rid of you absolute joke of a company and should be investigated from reading other people's reviews you do not take no for an answer!

I asked for my front windows to be done and Joshua did a lovely job, they haven’t looked cleaner for ages. Thank you Joshua.

First time getting my windows cleaned!!! still bird shit on bedroom windows!!! all water marks!!! and they didn't even clean the back windows just the front 3 😒😡

I'm leaving a whopping 5 stars for Bradley, who cleaned my windows on Weds 22/7. Bradley was punctual, polite and efficient. He was patient and drove back out of the estate to access the back of the house for the rear windows. I was very happy with the end result. Lovely clean windows. Thank you Bradley and the team.

First thing really is I can’t fault the team who came out to do the first clean at all, however, I can’t say the same for the company in general.

I signed up with a canvasser in June 2026, the fact I could skip cleans by just logging in was the main pull. After sign up, I logged onto the website and the schedule of cleans is blank. On the 30th June in the evening, a text pings in for a clean the next day. All fine as I wanted to see how they got on and to be fair to the lads, they did a good job. We’re now on the 25th July, there’s still no schedule showing for me and I’ve still not had a payment taken for the first clean, I’ve used a contact us form, sent an email on the 14th July and have sent another today. I’ve had no response prior to today and not holding hope Yourlocal will respond to today’s email.

Customer service is poor and you have to ask if your customers should REALLY have to chase to get a payment to you. YourLocal, you have been provided notice to cancel the account on the 14th July 2026, yet my account is still active (I’ve pressed Cancel and it said someone would be in contact). I’ve emailed you again today 25th July 2026 and will again choose to Cancel my account on your website.

It’s a shame for the teams who go out and do the job, they’re the only reason you have two stars.
