A very long and complicated road, that was made swift and simple by Michael Wraith & the team.

For obvious reasons I will spare the details, but an out of court settlement was agreed & now at long last the entire thing is done.

5* across the board to the whole team!

Really poor communication , dealing with a 2018 airline data breach. Send sane documents multiple times . I imagine the time has now lapsed . Complaint not responded to , just shocking . No updates maybe a yearly email stating same thing . Its a sham i would AVOID .

Interesting they dont respond to the multiple terrible reviews . Wish i would have looked before going with them.

A simple data breach. 6 years on not resolved and company will not reply to emails. So I guess nothing done by them to help. Total disgust and as so long can’t get another to challenge. Do not use

terrible experience ..a simple matter has taken nearly 4 years and is still not resolved...their complaints department is just as bad...useless in fact. I would advise avoid this company at all costs

Shambolic and unprofessional in all areas in my person opinion.

DO NOT enter any agreement with these cowboys. Even if it’s a NO WIN NO FEE. You will regret your decision.
My advice would be to find a reputable solicitors firm who will act with integrity and uphold your interests.

Esme has done a fantastic job in sorting and agreeing a settlement in a Data Breach case.
I would fully recommend them as being very professional and persistent
She kept me regularly updated and was always available to take my calls when needed.

Back in May 2021 I contacted Your Lawyers, after one discussion I was appointed one person to deal with, that worked perfectly. Things changed immediately over night, I was assigned JACK, he was polite, professional, efficient very thoughtful and he took onboard how fragile I was. Finally after 4 long years it was 100% successful, we didn’t have to go to court as the District Council knew they would lose, so they settled out of court. Hopefully my case has now set a precedent as it was unique. I cannot thank Jack enough. I received a substantial amount of compensation, from the District Council, they had to pay a substantial amount of legal costs accumulated by Your Lawyers, including Barristers and their own District Council legal costs too. What an uplifting result. have seen some negative reviews but they are NOT what I experienced. People who have had a good outcome should find the time to write a positive review. I could not recommend Your Lawyers more highly if I tried. Once assigned JACK, the whole process was handled so well. I was kept informed all the way through, we had an agreement not to email me on a Friday as that was my own personal issue, that was put in place straight away. Nothing was ever too much if I had a request, the level of care I received was exemplary. Thank you Jack for everything and to the Barristers and people who I’ve never met. Slowly I am getting some of my life back and it’s all down to Your Lawyers and Jack. Please ignore the few negative reviews on here because they are worlds apart from my own personal experience. I give Your Lawyers 10/10 and highly recommend.

Parker & Waichman handled my car injury case in 2019. The Attorney was Alex Tovstolug. I regret with all my heart giving my case to this Law firm. The communication with Mr. Tovstolug was terrible, the compensation even worse. I ended up with 3 dislocated disks for the rest of my life just to get 37k. Please stay away from this firm.

They pulled me on board with the "no win no fee" but after 2 years they were sending me emails telling me I had to take out insurance via them in case the litigation failed and I told them "you stated no win no fee and after 2 years you are not pulling that one on me" but they continue for a while but I returned their email with the same reply emails stopped for now. Reviews on this company are not good at all

I have an open case with this presumed Law Firm, for a Data breach with a major airline that has been going on since 2021.
As mentioned on other reviews, Your Lawyers are unresponsive and unprofessional.
Paralegals (or whoever presumably take on cases) change all the time, and there doesn't seem to be any handover between them.
I got requested the same information over and over again since 2021. Everything was provided when they first approached me and subsequently.

On 18 Jan 2025, I dared sending an email requesting an update as I haven't heard from them since Jan 2024.
On 21 Jan 2025, a new person replied to my email stating that they never received the evidence of the Data breach requested in Jan 2024.

Once again, I duly forwarded the emails sent last year to this new individual.

Guess what, today (22 Jan 2025), I received another email from the same person saying that I have not sent what requested, and set a deadline to 27/2/25 for me to do so.

Needless to say that I found the request bizarre, but I duly proceeded to re-forward the emails sent yesterday, and have requested a confirmation by return of email.

Bottom line, I am clearly not impressed by the utter unprofessionalism and lack of ethics of this Law Firm.
I honestly don't think that this matter will ever see a positive outcome, and will seek to terminate whatever agreement there is in place.

I am having an absolute nightmare with such unprofessional undergraduates. I am fighting an NHS negligence claim of which in the last 10 years I have had 6 different solicitors from the same company " " your lawyers." I was promised a three figure amount and now I am down to two and a half thousand. This is due to the absolute crap useless advice I have been given. My claim is still ongoing but I have no faith in having a positive result. I have been through hell and back only to be treated like this. Stay clear of this company I want to go to the media with this. Choose your company wisely Harris Fowler however winner I had a car accident and they helped me millions please guys Choose Wisely

Your Lawyers seemed like a good choice to manage my Data Breach claim. The breach was in 2018 with a very well known airline, and the claim commenced in 2019. To date nothing, just random updates of no substance and no indication to when this would be closed out. I have lost count at the number of names internally with this firm whom have sent updates over the course of the past 5 years plus. The last email took them 3 weeks to respond to. No end in sight.

Had a data breech claim against 3, they offered me compensation, your layers advised me to refuse it saying the breech was well alot more, 3 refused to pay up, your lawyers gave up and I ended up with nothing, avoid these clowns

We were fortunate to have an amazing, honest and approachable lawyer named Zafeiris Tsiftzis.
We started the journey with another no win no fee company. They were lazy and didn't do anything. In the end, we were told the barrister threw the case out.
I wasn't giving up on my husband and what he'd been through.
I approached Your Lawyers. We had someone at the beginning but they left. The case was then taken over by Zafeiris Tsiftzis.
This man fought for my husband all the way.
My rating is mainly based on Zafeiris Tsiftzis.
If this man has his own solicitors. You need to go to him. I can't praise him enough.
We've never met and probably never will. But he helped us hugely and we will always be thankful and grateful to him.

Terrible company that is unregulated and unprofessional. A lack of candour on their part wastes your time and efforts. They do not respond to communications and represent all that it is wrong with law firms who claim to act in our best interests.

The worst ever solicitor firm that I have ever had to represent me, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM INSTEAD OF CHASING UP COMPENSATION THEY ENDED UP BILLING ME IN THE END! NO WIN NO FEE? THIS IS A PONZE SCHEME STAY AWAY.

This is the most awful company, AVOID!!! at all costs, absolute jokers, no updates ever I always have to chase and get promised phones call back and that never happens, I have been asking to speak to the manager for months and he is conveniently busy. I get told something completely different everytime I call, no one seems to know what they are doing, I'm very disappointed in not checking the reviews before I instructed them. I lost my husband 18 months ago and was promised the claims would be settled very quickly as I want to get a memorial for him and this can't be done until Mt claim is settled, have a feeling its never going to happen. An appalling company who will bombard and harass you with calls and emails every few days as soon as they have your details… from that experience I decided not to use them, having told them this I received threatening emails and rude calls saying they were going to bill me for their time, and the harassment keeps coming. They also seem to go under several different names. Avoid these scammers, all the low reviews are well justified!
