Great, works really well for me!
I was looking for a replacement for my Rooted hair fibre, which seems to have stopped production, so, after a couple of fails with other brands, I tried HLS.
I have kind of mixed hair - blonde, red and white, and struggled to find fibre which blends, looks convincing, and stays in my hair for most of the day. Most hair fibres don't do at least one of these things, but to my relief, the HLS fibres do.
I bought the blonde version, and it works really well. The fibre seemed a bit thick when I first used it, but it goes on my hair well, stays in, and the colour is good - it doesn't look unnatural or too dark, it just blends.
All being well, I'll probably stick with HLS now long term - as long as I still have hair for the fibres to attach to!

My hair is getting thin and I’ve got a bit of a sunroof going on. So ordered a £40 subscription box (Rip off by the way for a tiny bottle of shampoo, some scentless “hair spray” that I’m convinced is water and a small tub of hair fibers.
My hair is dark brown but their darkest brown color available is medium brown so had to order that. My wife got a really good laugh and physically pissed in her knickers from laughing as it didn’t cover my bald spot but instead colored it in GINGER. Never seen any brown.
Asked if they could replace the ginger with a dark brown color, they refused.
I asked that my subscription was cancelled and they refused and said that subscriptions can only be cancelled after 3 payments! Meaning I’m going to have to pay another £80 for 2 small tubs of chopped up ginger pubic hair.

In your previous order, you opted for the Medium Brown shade, and it appears from your review Dark Brown might be more suitable for you. When you reached out to us, we assured you that we would gladly exchange the shade if it turned out to be too light.
Instead of responding to our offer, it seems you accessed your portal and chose the Black shade for your upcoming box. We are concerned that this might be too dark for your preference and recommend changing it to Dark Brown.
We provide images of the shades on or website and offer advice to anyone who may need more help deciding which shade to purchase.
