I entered a draw and joined the live for the winner announcement. During the live, they used a random number generator, and one of my ticket numbers was called. I was thrilled, but then they used the row number on the spreadsheet they were using, instead of the actual ticket numbers, and announced someone else as the winner, despite it being my ticket number. I contacted them for an explanation and all they could say was that they use row numbers instead of the ticket numbers, when all tickets haven’t sold, because it is an anti climax when the generator pulls a number which doesn’t have a sold ticket attached. I personally don’t think this is a justified response as 1) a winning ticket number was called and 2) most, if not all, tickets had sold for this draw. Overall very disappointing that they do not use a fair or transparent process (the rows of the spreadsheet were not visible on the live, and so they could have picked literally anyone from the list). Wouldn’t recommend as they don’t honour the ticket numbers that they provide.

I very unexpectedly won the amazing Autumn bundle prize, unexpected as I never win anything and entered on a whim 😍 I had an email that evening and the lovely Jess rang me to let me know the good news the next day. I received the parcel very quickly, special delivery and packaged beautifully with a hand written note. For anyone wondering if it’s too good to be true, it’s not! The prize I won is incredible and I feel very lucky 🍀 Thank you so much YDB, fingers crossed my luck continues as I’ve entered a few more draws, you’ve got to be it to win it! ❤️

I’ve bought draws in YDB competitions a couple of times when I have a bit of ‘spare change’ here and there, this time I entered the instant win comp, and found out I’d won a YSL bag… obviously fantastic and unbelievable! But what has really stood out to me about this company isn’t the win, it’s the fantastic communication I received from Philippa, the fast postage, the ease of use of the website, and visibility of previous winners and ticket numbers already drawn. Its really stood out, and I can feel the care that has gone into creating this company.
Overall it was a wonderful experience, and I’ll continue to enter future competitions with YDB

Exactly what I wanted so I couldn’t believe my luck 🥰 I love that they have an instant win raffle on so there’s no waiting around for a draw.
