Invaluable service during lockdown

We would like to say how pleased we were with the excellent quality of work Kim and Seth were able to provide for us. Buying Our first home can be a little frightening and they really came through for us with being so knowledgeable and helpful with useful advice that we were able to trust. It was a great experience with them. The inspector was thorough to the best he could and made the report in a timely manner. He picked up some faults although minor that required attention.
It’s worth to get independent inspection for my lifetime investment!

I was completely happy with the service…
I was completely happy with the service provided, from the initial phone call and advice on what I needed, to the professional inspection and advice given by the inspector. I called him twice to clarify some things and he was very accommodating. As a result I was able to avoid making a purchase which could have cost me a lot more in the long run. Thanks so much, I will definitely use this company again.

Great pest and building inspection
The inspector Richard arrived at the spot in time and he did not waste any time to start working as soon as the gate was opened. I appreciate his explanation about the major and minor defects of the house pretty clear.
