The experience of this course was really interesting: the highlight is the guided meditations, in which Joe Dispenza shows how to do them clearly, with expertise and effectiveness.
The scientific content is inconsistent and unclear. The conceptual foundations are anchored in other authors who are never mentioned. And some of the information is outdated in the areas you mention, such as neuroscience.
Despite this, you manage to be clear in how you explain some phenomena.
It's a good experience, especially the lived experience part.

I really enjoyed to be Part of the Community at Dr. Joe Dispenza‘s Progressive Retreat in Basel. The whole Organisation, Venue, meditations and programme was just perfect. I learned a lot, thanks!

An extraordinary and deeply transformative experience. ❤️ The meditations were incredibly powerful, creating moments of deep connection, presence and emotion. I’m leaving with new awareness, beautiful energy and wonderful connections with truly special people. More than a retreat, it was an experience I’ll carry with me for a long time. Absolutely unforgettable. ❤️✨

BRAVO !!

Thank YOUnity, and Dr Joe and every single one who makes up the team for this event 🙏💗

It has been an exceptional experience: from Dr Joe’s energy, the meditations, the exclusively positive vibe emanated by all the staff: in the hallways, at the merchandise and food stands; to the food, the ceramic bowls, the music — to managing over 8000 souls SO smoothly 🙌

One of the best experiences of my life (and I just turned 50 this year) — literally life changing, THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH 💗🙏💗

Die Logistik: beeindruckend!

The event was exceptional, wonderfull and so well organized ! Thanks to the whole staff for theire preciouse work ! It was really incredible !

The event was great! I loved the meditations with Dr. Joe Dispenza. Something I did not expect: the event was very good organized, they managed everything perfectly and we were 8,400 people in at jakobshalle, food was health and yummy, which we truly appreciate it. The vibe of younity team was great.👍

Only Goodness! So many are benefiting. Giving Thanks for Dr Joe Dispenza and his work...❤️🌎🌅!

Attending this retreat was a dream come true for me. I have been reading Dr Joe Dispenza’s books for nearly twenty years, and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself and Becoming Supernatural are among those that have had the deepest impact on me. So I arrived with tremendous excitement and very high expectations… and yet, the reality far exceeded them.

It is difficult to put an experience of such intensity into words. What moved me most, beyond the teachings and meditations, was the power of the collective: thousands of people gathered in the same place, with the same intention, connecting together to elevated emotions. Being immersed in that energy for several days was absolutely extraordinary. You come away with this deeply rooted feeling that so much more is possible.

Over the course of these few days, I experienced beautiful inner transformations. I felt that I was able to leave behind so many things from my past while, at the same time, beginning to glimpse a future that is infinitely more expansive and beautiful. I can sincerely say that I am not quite the same person leaving this retreat as the one who walked in. And now I am so excited to discover what this new way of being will create in my life.

Finally, an enormous thank you to everyone who made an event of this scale possible. The organization was remarkable: moving thousands of participants around, the meals, the different parts of each day… everything was extremely well thought out and flowed so smoothly. Above all, I was touched by the kindness and availability of the volunteers, who were always there, smiling and ready to help.

I am leaving with an immense sense of gratitude, a full heart, and the feeling that I have experienced something I will never forget. Thank you, Joe, thank you to the entire team, and thank you to everyone with whom we created this extraordinary collective experience. ❤️✨

It was a life changing experience. Thru retreat was like no other.
Dr Joe is into his work. He loves it he lives it. And that makes him so authentic. He is grounded and was on the same level as we as croud were. 8300 people meditating at once creating magnetic fields. We were do integrated in his 'lecture" this retreat deserves more than 5 stars. His science, his proof, the live on stage performance backs everything up he talks about. His knowledge should be taught at school as main class all around the world.

Younity did such a great job organizing this event. Beginning with arranging the waiting line, lerting us in to have in volunteers placed everywhere giving a helping hand. The shoplets well placed with Noone st long over one another. Food and drinks. All was on point. They did an outstanding job.

Basel ist just a beautiful city. So much to see. Perfect setting for letting the retreat/ the teachings working in your favour while just talking a walk thirught this cozy vita of art with great restaurant on alomst every corner.

All 3 combined makes this 1 perfect experience 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Amazing days with Dr. Joe in Basel. Thank you Dr. Joe and his team, the volunteers, younity, momanda and St. Jakobshalle for a perfect organisation. Science, theory and meditation practice, dancing and lots of joy 🙏🙏🙏
