Youcaring helped to raise the funds that enabled my ailing friend to pay his bills for several months as he recovered from bypass surgery. We're very grateful!

This site made it easy to raise money for my dear friend with cancer. No problems.

YouCaring was a huge help in us being able to walk down the road to our adoption and being able to make things possible.

We really needed help after my 7year old was paralyzed. I never reached our goal. Everything seems to die down after a day. I wish there was a way you could remind people we are still in need.

This easy to use website helped me raise a significant amount of funding for my cancer care.

I was able to set up and admnister my funding campaign quickly and with little effort. Instructions were easy to follow.

The emailed recommendations - to add a photo, send an update, etc. - were especially helpful as I was a first time fundraiser.

I chose the option to have the funding recipient access the funds directly (versus me providing it to them). He was not very computer savvy and had an issue setting up his bank account. YouCaring support responded within an hour with instructions and advice.

A tragedy struck our family and we reached out for financial help. The setup was easy and many people generously donated. I chose YouCaring because they charge less than some of the other donation sites do.

I never imagined that this would be as helpful as it was in showing our communities support.

Great interface, customer service, payment plan. I already have a friend use you. You are a honest company that honestly cares to help people and their causes.

The site was easy to use, easy to administrate, and ......free! I (and all the donors) loved the fact that Youcaring did not take a cut. It was all so simple.

I feel You Caring is the best platform in the world. I am also promoting this to my friends recently and they also are of view that you caring is the best one to raise funds for needy causes.

Although this site is "free to use" the company they go through is WePay and they charge almost 3%. That is not clearly noted before you sign up and start taking money for donations. WePay also will deduct from your linked account for any discrepancies without your permission. This is currently a $200 problem I am having with them and the only way to contact anyone is by email. No phone number! I do however like how simple the website is, and very user friendly to maintain.
Overall, I don't think I would use this site again.

Setup was simple. Website preforms great. Service is free as advertised. Be warned that Youcaring does solicit your donors an optional $5.00 donation to support Youcaring.

I also signed up for the Wepay service, and did not read the fine print. I was surprised when my first $100 donation showed up in my account as $96.80. There apparently is a 3.2% fee that I missed reading about.

Please remember there is no such thing as a free lunch.

I still give a 5 star rating.

The platform has a clean design, is easy to use and you can't beat the price!

It is hard to communicate with people in your company. There was so much miscommunication in our fundraiser from your end. While we are pleased to have been able to raise money for a wonderful cause, the back end of it was very difficult. The relationship between YouCaring and WePay is also very difficult to navigate. While it seems like the same company, you make it nearly impossible to coordinate issues between the two companies. We found that we had to repeat steps multiple times just to get one thing done. Having a phone number and a dedicated person assigned to each project would help all of these issues immensely. Thank you

YouCaring has been very helpful during this time that my son has been fighting cancer. Any time I have a question, they have quickly answered and helped me solve the problem.

Very satisfied with the results, also with the prompt customer service on the occasions that I had questions. The money was transferred to my account promptly, according to the schedule I set up.
