We use it often... just wish they would do a better rates for non profits

Easy to use platform. Really easy to build a page, add photos, link to social media, and start collecting donations. The only thing I wished it had was a way to send multiple thank-yous at the same time. As in, create one thank you, then check the boxes of all the donors & hit send. Instead you have to thank each donor one by one. We got so many donations the first week that I had to export the email addresses into a separate document, copy them, and then insert parentheses to create several hundred blind copies to avoid copy and pasting the text of the thank you into the little pop-up window 200 times. That was how successful the fundraiser was! Obviously we were happy to have the problem of needing to send mass thank yous!

This app may have just saved my sisters life. Easy to use and great to track donations, comments, and progress. It's enabled us to get the best care for her without having to worry about money. I can't thank you enough guys.

I raised a lot of money for a dear friend's family in a time of great need. I would recommend this site for not only its ease, but it takes less of the money you raise.

My overall experience has been wonderful with youcaring. I recommend it to anyone.

We used YouCaring for a medical fundraiser for a family member with cancer. The fundraiser was easy to set up and manage and it gave friends and family a great way to help out.

To much complication to actualy withdraw the money. After i find someoelbe from the u.s who could you guys dont allow it so in the end had to refund. I am never using or recommending your service to anyone.

Efficient and spectacular service. Funds transferred without a issue. The best part is they don’t take any percentage from you, they give you the option to donate if you wish!

Quick and easy set up, money transferred quickly, and extremely intuitive user interface. A company that doesn't charge a percentage of the money you raise is rare! It really helps a lot when you're not giving away 10 percent off the money you're trying to raise!

Youcaring makes it too hard to change paypal or add it.

Started a fundraiser and after someone else had begun theirs, I cancelled.
Even though my friend's banking information wasn't set up yet, they withdrew my money.
Now there is no customer service number and my money is in limbo.

I am so frustrated that when I asked about my fundraiser months ago that the agent did NOT tell me it wasn't activated, she said everything looked good and now I have to call a bunch of people to see if they actually got the refund you say they did. This is so embarrassing and now I can't ask the same people to re-donate, so I raised NOTHING. So basically I did the work and raised absolutely NOTHING for my very ill suffering father, so NO I am NOT happy & would NEVER suggest this site to anyone.

Experienced serious bugs with the system - not being able to reliably link our banking info through WePay, unable to add event pictures (did wait for refresh that never happened), custom event link malfunctioning half the time & not refreshing.

Biggest issue - No one is there to answer questions or support you! I've been desperately trying to reach out to them via email, social media, and their website (their chat live help is down) for a week to no avail.

I have to reprint and revise hundreds of parent fliers because of this. How can you trust them with your fundraisers or money?

Update - Not fixed. I made a whole new fundraiser and reprinted everything for our students/families at my own expense to resolve the issues. Don't think it's quite a "mission accomplished" on this one folks. Glossing over system issues won't improve the site or service experience.

I set up a fundraiser, then the next day went to set up sharing to Facebook and the entire thing had just disappeared from the Youcaring site. Now it's there again, and "my account" works again when I click on it. Hopefully just a temporary glitch.

Several issues along the way, of which none have been responded to by the Youcaring staff.

1. there is a option to donate to Youcaring.com, which seems pretty forced, as the option not to, is fairly well hidden, and that scares away people.

2. money has been disappearing twice on my account, with absolutely no idea why, and no response from the Youcaring staff, despite several attempts at contacting them

3. getting the money paid out, seems nigh impossible, and once again, no response from the staff one this one either.

So yeah, works fine and such, right until money gets into the picture.. And still waiting to figure, how to withdraw the money for my dying mother. Maybe they´ll even respond before it´s too late... otherwise i guess they just turned it into a funeral fond instead.
