Very poor customer service, I have deposited 100/rs on 5th Oct 2024 but still I didn't receive it in my wallet, have raised the complaint on it, there is no response and didn't get resolved yet. UID 10441428.

Worst app, worst customer support. Please don't deposit. It's my earnest request please don't deposit or play in this app. I have an account and also my friends have an account of Yono Rummy. They didn't give us our deposit which was successfully transferred. Even after talking to customer service they also saying they didn't receive any amount. My 8k deposit is not credited and two of my friends 2k rupees also not deposited which was successfully transferred. It's more than 3 months and my deposit is not credited yet. So please make yourself far away from this app.

World worst app i have deposit my ammount of rs200 which is in process from last three days i also complaints to caustmer service and send them many screen shots of sucessful amount from bank but they still never add this app is totaly worst as i see many times during deposit and widraw they will only put in process later not giving back after few days till you will forgat so my request for all yono players dont play this app and dont deposit any hudge ammount which rummy will put in process till you will never get back i send many times screen shots they will never give you good information and will not help you any thing about as you will get setsfied bad service i have seen ever and ever you must improve firstly caustmer service and slove this payment issue because all players are thinking this is fraurd and ammount deposit is not safe...bad app

Deposit withdrawal both issues. Deposited one week back still not credited or refunded. Withdrawal not processed for hours. Useless customer service. They know only cut copy paste for all enquiries. Customer Service i Deposited 4900 On July 21 /07/2024 but The Transaction Was a Successful Transaction amount Debited But I never got my Account credited with the money i Deposited . I Even Contact my Home Branch and they Told the Merchant to Whom i paid the Payment And Has confirm That the service was provided To me . But i never got the money credited .
