Although ive only been a customer a short time im very happy with the service and clarity yonder provide.

I already closed my account in March 2026. Unfortunately, it’s still showing as an active account in my credit score. I also requested many times to update on my credit score but again getting same AI base same prompt answers, even on email as well. Every time, in the end of conversation, same answer, we are still working on this. Imagine you are getting the same response in last 2 months. Never ever create an account with Yonder

The app itself is a pleasure to use: clean layout, intuitive navigation, and everything I need (spending, rewards, payments) is just a tap away. Highly recommend if you want a hassle-free way to manage your card.

Absolutely the biggest fan of Yonder! I really should have gotten this ages ago,because you don’t realize how the points add up! My husband and I are massively building up points to hopefully go big with one of the rewards at the end of the year 🤞🏻

Reduced my credit limit without any reason my financial circumstances hadn't changed and my credit rating had gone up 2 steps but by reducing my credit limit you made it look like I was struggling and that had a negative impact on my credit score

Its definitely recommended! Especially when you are a frequent flyer. Full membership is worth it if you would like to collect point ls quicker for rewards.

Been pretty happy so far with Yonder. App is really easy to navigate, the credit offering has been pretty good, and the rewards pretty intriguing

I would say it isn’t immediately obvious as to how the points can be redeemed, I was attempting to redeem points I’d earned towards a booking at No1 Lounges for my upcoming Japan trip. It wasn’t initially clear that you could decide on using the points AFTER paying with my Yonder card, I was initially expecting to decide on using the points before paying almost like a voucher, but I figured it out in the end. Other than that, top notch!!

Yonder are good when everything is easy for them.
Get into problems with fraudulent transactions and they will virtually blame you, They wont be on your side or assist in anyway.
Compare them to my Barclaycard platinum and the support is like night and day.
To top it off, we went to Sicily and the card was rejected at most outlets and we ended up resorting to Monza because we could not rely on useless Yonder.

So far so good! The app works well, and was very easy to apply and set everything up. Very user friendly too!
