Horrible service provider that started charging me domain hosting when I did not need it. This has been going on for a while and I didnt notice it.

The ease of creating a website, the clarity of information, the economically acceptable costs of website development (from free toextremely affordable prices), cooperation with a high-quality and
friendly support team, analysis and concreteness in informing customers, are just some of the positive parameters in working with Jola!
A warm recommendation to everyone who wants to present their activities and company in the right way!

They continue to charge your account multiple times even when you never finished, published or used the website from their company!! Go to Squarespace or literally ANYWHERE else!!

They make it look like you can build a website for free, allow you to go through the painstaking (as Yola is very, very, very slow) process of building a website, then when you want to publish, hit you with a requirement to purchase a domain name before you can publish.

The subdomain address (like you get with other sites such as Squarespace, Wix, etc. - e.g. something.wix.com) is only for previews!

There's absolutely NOTHING at the start to warn you of this, so these chancers clearly hope that once someone has gone to the effort of making a site, they'll feel pressured to buy a domain name. No way! If you're that scammy, I certainly wouldn't trust you with a penny, never mind several pounds of my money!

I am extremely satisfied with Yola services, everything is so intuitive and easy to do. The customer support is top notch always available. I highly recommend Yola to everyone. Yola is simply great and amazing.

Our group has had a very active website created using Yola for many years and have recently upgraded to Silver Membership to take advantage of the Smart Phone view automatic formatting. It worked brilliantly. It's always been a pleasure to edit our pages - so easy to log on edit, and publish, all virtually instantaneously. Background admin has always been straightforward to - we've even had to change our club's name and owner's email addresses without problem. Not always the case with other providers! Yes, a very happy customer, and long may it continue.

The annual invoices are hard to decipher, and I’ve had to call Yola for explanations of the various charges.

In editing our web pages I would like a more simpler way of selecting fonts in the body of the individual boxes. I would prefer a direct selection of fonts and colors from the main editing bar rather than having to go to the Style Designer to make minor changes.

I signed up for the Gold package to receive the free website design. The website was created with a online store when I received the website to view it had a online store but I was never told I was being charged for a online store that was on a sample website that never was live and I was told that I ordered the online store. So when I asked for a refund I was told they can't give me a refund because I ordered the online store. How can I be forced to pay for the store if it was a sample website. I am so disappointed in your decision to bill me for a online store sample website. The website that was created was terrible. That I never used.

Support staff were so nice. Very helpful. Considering how poor the coding is on my site,they truly do work a miracle. Pages crash,are slow to load,plus deletions of sold items rarely take. I constantly have to apologise to customers . Edits detailing sold items rarely take. Fighting a losing battle. Very poor compared to other packages

I've had a couple times when I need online support for our website and the staff was always prompt and very helpful. All my questions were answered and concerns was well received and supported.

The times I've needed support were quickly dealt with by a quick return (within 12 hours in my experience) of very detailed step-by-step explanations and an invitation to ask for further help if needed.

Yola customer service has answered detailed questions many a time and sorted out things for me that I could not do by myself. I was a novice when I began in October of 2011, and am always working towards an upgraded standard of professionalism. The tremendous advantage for me by doing my own websites is that I can achieve the nuances of what I need to say at any hour of the day or night without having to go through anyone else first.

I have been a member of Yola.com for about 14 years when I was initially challenged to build a free website which ultimately expanded into a fairly large one. The helped me register my URL and currenly, as I am retired, I only hold a email service with them. Their system works like clockwork but if there is ever an issue ( on an odd occastion ), it is resolved within a very short time.

Using the Yola web creation app is mostly intuitive. I have no web creation experience nor any familiarity with HTML. Yet I am pleased with the resulting website. And when I got stuck, I found the tech support to be most helpful, going even so far as to suggest how to work past my difficulty. I've gone past the "free" stage to receive to the bronze because of what it offers. It's just right for me, yet does not "break the bank". Highly recommend this web design app for beginners and those with more experience.

Yola.com is one of my go-to websites for music scores. It has most of the songs I want and most of them in the "C" key which is my favorite key. The music sheets print clearly and easy to read. I use the music when I play at local nursing homes.
