A place that truly feels like home!

A place that truly feels like home!
I completed my 200 hour YTT in november 2025. It was an incredible opportunity to learn and grow as a yoga teacher but above all, it was a truly life changing experience that helped me grow as a person.

All the staff were amazing.
Mini Master Ji is truly the heart of the school. He challenges you and pushes your limits during Ashtanga classes in a decisive yet funny way. At the same time he always has a smile, a kind word, and genuinely takes care of every student.

Didi cooked fresh, delicious meals every day with so much love (her paratha is amazing!) and often sang beautiful songs for us. I’m not used to spicy food and was a bit worried at first, but I had no issues at all. She always made sure to prepare a non-spicy plate for me.

The teachers were all very different and shared their passion and knowledge from a unique perspective, which made the learning experience inspiring.

The schedule is intense but it allows to fully immerse. It's balanced between physical practice, theory, and meditation/pranayama. My teaching skills improved significantly, and I now feel confident and prepared to teach.

The location in Arambol is close to the town center but far enough from the busiest roads. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away and we enjoyed some beautiful sunset yoga sessions there. From the rooftop yoga shala, you can see both sunrise and sunset, which is truly magical.

The rooms are simple but well-maintained and comfortable, with everything you need: mosquito nets, air conditioning (on request), and a clean cozy environment.

I am deeply grateful for this experience and can’t wait to come back 🙏
