I love Nat's style of training. It's practical & funny. In the breakout rooms, the personal coaching has been really effective. Twice I've been given very simple adjustments that have made bug differences.

Yogi Flight School is full of useful resources and information to increase your yoga practice. The team that has created these lessons, classes, and training are talented, kind, and supportive. I recommend this program to anyone that is interested in gaining knowledge about their own yoga practice.

Nat and the coaches are amazing and it’s fun. The only thing that ever stops you from mastering these crazy poses is your mind and and practice. I’m actually doing things that I thought were impossible. And my body is getting stronger and more flexible. I love how crazy Nat is.

I am learning inversions with Yogiflighyschool. Nathania is a wonderful teacher and is setting students up for success to do this. We have to turn up to do the work though.

They Community offers encouragement and feedback on poses to all. It is super supportive

The app is straight forward, videos clear and has additions to the content library weekly.

I started wanting to stay in crow pose and I added more and more courses. Fascia. Back bent and yin yoga classes. The library is fascinating. You can learn and flow from each movie. A real investment in myself. Physically mentally and spiritually

Awesome! Nathania is a magician, her energy gets to you and you start to master quickly the postures you couldn’t master for many years. She has a sunny and sincerely kind personality. I love the modules and recommend to all those who want to get their potential out with some coaching.

I am thrilled that I joined Yogi Flight School. I have learned and been able to execute so many hand balance poses that I never thought I'd be able to do. Some that I have tried several times in the past but failed over and over again. The classes are fun and you will learn so much. I've gained skill and confidence and am enjoying my normal yoga classes more than ever before!

Nathania and the Coach group were amazingly helpful with all their tips and positive feedback while watching us via the breakout sessions! The program is very well established and executed in a manner that nourishes confidence, self growth and encouragement to try something new or hone in on existing skills that help all of us in our daily lives through our practice. The programme is definitely worth the money! Everything is super well explained and with a lot of professionalism.

First of all I love Nathania. Her understanding of the mechanics of the poses and how she teaches us how to understand them is appreciated. I love how she makes me laugh and I love that she swears. The customer service and support is excellent. I always enjoy the classes. I do most of them on my own from your videos because the Saturday class is at 6:00 a.m. my time. I learn so much with every class I do. One class taught eka pada koundinyasana and that's a pose I never thought I could do but I can now!The best part is my wrists are feeling good 🙌🏻

I enjoyed playing with new balance and things I've never done before. The staff is really supportive and encouraging, making it a safe space.

Nathania and her team of brilliant coaches just do a great job getting you flying. Since I started they've lead and helped me start mastering headstands, crow, side crow, and really good early progress on handstands.

Their stuff just works! Highly recommend giving it a go if it's something you're fascinated by!

I appreciate Nats & all other coaches from The YogiFlightSchool for conducting those sessions on Arm balance & Inversion. The techniques are so well explained & you all make sure about one can do that posture very easily. Your guidance on our practice videos help me so much in improving. Thank you 👍

This is by far the best online course I`ve ever bought. Also the only one. There was something about the way Nathania speaks, and teach, together with the rest of the team, that just caught my attention. I am so happy I joined them. Since then, I`ve learned so much about what I am capable of, and I can`t wait until I nail all the different poses.

YFS teaches all the steps - little & big - that enables you to learn a pose. My arm balances have improved dramatically in the two months that I have been a member of the program.

Poses that I could already do have gotten much more solid & sustainable. In addition, I am having fun learning several new poses that I would never have tried.
