I started this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training because I was curious and wanted to learn more about yoga and improve my own practice.

The training is complete and flexible, with online classes with teachers from different backgrounds, one week at the studio in Lausanne, and one week in the mountains in France. It was a great experience with lots of learning, sharing and meeting new people.

I was very lucky to be guided by Marit and Daniela, two passionate and professional teachers. With their different approaches and knowledge, I learned a lot and gained more confidence in my own practice.

The training prepares you to teach and share yoga, and I think it offers much more than that. It is also a great way to improve your own practice and understand yoga better.

For me, it was a very positive and enriching experience. I’m really happy I did it, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more and go further in their yoga practice.

I have just completed the Yoga Flame 200 hour YTT. Not only did it enhance and deepen my practice and understanding of yoga, but it also gave me a whole new tribe of beautiful souls who I will treasure for many years to come. I discovered the studio when it first opened and have been going regularly ever since. There really is a class for everyone, and it's led by an amazing team of teachers. It’s such a warm and welcoming community to be part of!

I just completed their 200-hour teacher training, and I can’t recommend it enough. The theory was delivered online, with a mix of self-paced learning and Zoom calls, which gave us so much flexibility to balance life, work and learning. All of the teachers were incredibly passionate and so open and generous in sharing their knowledge and personal experiences.

Our lead teachers, Marit and Daniela, for the two immersion weeks were truly wonderful. They were both such a wealth of knowledge, and had a real gift for making you feel seen, supported and empowered throughout the experience.

The studio in Lausanne offers a wonderful variety of yoga classes, taught by incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional teachers. It’s honestly the best yoga community I’ve found so far, and I couldn’t recommend it more — definitely give it a try!

I’ve also been doing their 200-hour Teacher Training, and I’ve been blown away by how much knowledge and inspiration has been shared by more than 20 different instructors. Every teacher brings their own unique perspective and expertise, making the whole experience so rich and meaningful.

I have been going to Yoga Flame for three years. I love the studio in Geneva. There is a larger variety of classes at different times of the day seven days a week. The teachers are amazing. This year I decided to deepen my practice and sign up for the 200 hour teach training program. This cohort was nice and small which meant there was tons of feedback from the teachers in addition to the great materials of the course.

Je cherchais depuis longtemps un studio de hot yoga proposant une pratique variée. Lorsque Yoga Flame Genève a ouvert en 2019, il est rapidement devenu mon quartier général 😆

J’y ai trouvé bien plus que du Bikram Yoga : Barkan Yoga, Yoga Sculpt — que j’avais découvert avec beaucoup de plaisir aux États-Unis deux ans auparavant — Yin Yoga à température cosy, mais aussi Rocket, Vinyasa, Krama et d’autres pratiques au fil du temps. Une belle diversité de styles, des horaires variés et surtout un lieu où j’ai pu évoluer dans ma pratique au fil des années.

Cette année, j’ai décidé de me lancer dans le Teacher Training. Avec un objectif à moyen/long terme, bien sûr, mais surtout avec l’envie, ici et maintenant, d’approfondir mes connaissances, de mieux comprendre ce que je pratique depuis des années et d’aller plus loin dans mon propre cheminement.

Et quelle belle décision !

Cette formation a largement dépassé mes attentes. J’y ai énormément appris sur la pratique, l’enseignement, le corps, mais aussi sur la dimension plus profonde et spirituelle du yoga. Et tout cela dans un cadre ouvert, bienveillant et sans aucune forme de dogmatisme.

Je pense sincèrement que cette formation peut être bénéfique à tous les niveaux de pratique. Pour un débutant, elle permet de poser de solides bases, de mieux comprendre le yoga et d’explorer différentes approches, sans même avoir nécessairement le projet de devenir enseignant. Pour un pratiquant plus expérimenté, elle offre l’occasion d’aller beaucoup plus loin et de porter un regard nouveau sur une pratique que l’on pensait déjà bien connaître.

Mais au-delà du contenu, ce qui m’a particulièrement touchée, ce sont les personnes. Des intervenants de grande qualité, passionnés, compétents, chaleureux et profondément bienveillants. Et un groupe formidable avec lequel partager cette expérience.

Je repars avec beaucoup de gratitude, de nouvelles connaissances, une pratique enrichie, mais aussi une envie encore plus grande de continuer à apprendre, à pratiquer et à transmettre un jour à mon tour.

Une expérience qui m’a profondément nourrie, sur le tapis comme en dehors. ✨

🇬🇧 So much more than a training: a truly meaningful personal and human experience ❤️

I had been looking for a hot yoga studio offering a diverse range of practices for quite some time. When Yoga Flame Geneva opened its doors in 2019, it quickly became my home base 😆

I found much more than Bikram Yoga there: Barkan Yoga, Yoga Sculpt — which I had really enjoyed discovering in the US two years earlier — Yin Yoga at a cosy temperature, as well as Rocket, Vinyasa, Krama and other practices along the way. A wonderful variety of styles, flexible schedules and, above all, a place where I have been able to grow in my practice over the years.

This year, I decided to take the leap and join the Teacher Training. I had a longer-term goal in mind, of course, but above all, I wanted to deepen my knowledge, better understand something I have been practising for years, and take my own journey a little further.

And what a wonderful decision it was!

This training went far beyond my expectations. I learned so much about the practice, teaching and the body, but also about the deeper and spiritual dimension of yoga. And all of this within an open, supportive environment, completely free from any form of dogma.

I genuinely believe this training can be valuable whatever your level of practice. For beginners, it provides a strong foundation, a deeper understanding of yoga and the opportunity to explore different approaches, without necessarily having any intention of becoming a teacher. For more experienced practitioners, it offers the opportunity to go much deeper and to look at a practice they may already know well from a completely new perspective.

But beyond the content itself, what touched me the most were the people. Highly knowledgeable, passionate, warm and genuinely caring teachers and guest instructors. And a wonderful group of people with whom to share this experience.

I leave the training with so much gratitude, new knowledge, a richer practice, and an even stronger desire to keep learning, practising and, one day, sharing what I have learned with others.

An experience that has nourished me deeply, both on and off the mat. ✨

I have been a practicing at the Yoga Flame studio for over 5 years and love it!! All the teacher are of high quality and the space is extremely welcoming. It’s a sanctuary for peace and tranquility but it’s also fun. To take my yoga practice to the next level, I decided to enroll in the Yoga Flame Teacher Training program this year (2026) which I highly recommend. I especially liked the online and in person training. It was flexible enough to fit into people’s busy lives and we had access to a diverse number of high quality teachers from different yoga lineages. I’m grateful to the Yoga Flame staff. They are caring, loving professionals. You couldn’t ask for more from a yoga studio. Go and experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed!!!
