Easy to put together. Extremely durable and customer service is incredible.

I'm loving the vibe of the color and the rock-solid construction of this bed. It's like sleeping on a fortress! However, a couple of tweaks are on the horizon: 1.Those barn doors sometimes gotta go, they make too much noise and it's annoying after a bit. 2.Now, about that claim that two folks can whip this bed into shape in an hour? Bless their optimistic hearts. When it landed on our doorstep, we did it right away and it took us a solid two hours. For sure, gotta factor in checking all the parts and setting up camp. 3. The fair warning, it's a tad shorter than it seems. My bad for not measuring twice. Just throwing that out there. But kudos to them for trying to grease the wheels on the assembly. Everything's numbered, and there's a manual as detailed as a trail map. Overall, a top-notch sturdy bed.

Just snagged this beauty to replace my old coffee table, aiming for an upgrade without busting the budget. Gotta say, it's way more than I bargained for! The wood on this thing isn't that cheap particle board nonsense. Can't quite put my finger on it, but it's not flimsy at all – sturdy and smooth to the touch. Digging the light brown vibes; fits like a charm in my living room. The raised part does the job, especially considering it's in the $100-ish range. Putting it together wasn't a wild ride. Just laid out the pieces, took it slow, and everything was labeled like a dream. Having a buddy around would speed things up, but I managed just fine solo. All in all, I'm smitten! This table's got the charm without draining the wallet. Can't wait to kick back and enjoy it!

This desk was a delight to find because it is spacious and ideal for my home office. arrived flawless. Since everything was securely packaged, there were no broken or missing parts. I assembled everything by myself. When everything is assembled, the holes line up, the parts fit together flawlessly, and the framework is reasonably strong. It should be easy if I ever need to move. Its built-in power outlet is great because it keeps me from bending under the desk to disconnect my laptop. Although I don't often write reviews, this desk truly amazed me. That was another great offer because I was able to get it for less with the coupon and discount. Well worth the money. Even at full price, it is well worth the cost. I'm loving it so far, so I have no complaints!

My experience with YITA has been great! I purchased an RV toilet that would not fit and even used an expert installer. Since I am a senior citizen, it was difficult to return the item, and despite its cost, I finally trashed it, swallowed the $ so I thought. After a few emails YITA decided to refund the entire purchase. I have never encountered a company that would do that. It is my opinion that YITA is an honest, respectable company, one that I would definitely recommend. Thank you, YITA.

I've got this desk in my study, it does the job. I'm happy it has so much storage space. My computer, printer, and laptop all fit on top, and there's even space for me to write. If you have a PC, use the toppers to free up more room underneath. The drawers are made of sturdy wooden boards instead of flimsy plastic fabric. The bottom drawer neatly organize my folder. Truly a helpful feature.

We ordered a greenhouse kit even though I was skeptical from some of the comments people still waiting on theirs for a long time I wanted to try anyway because she had received their kits quickly. Ours shipped quickly and moved through shipping on time. When it arrives we weren't able to set it up yet due to snow but checked for parts anyway. Another company we ordered a different kit from was missing important pieces so I wanted.to make sure the greenhouse wasn't. All was there except the cover was torn from the shipping and the pipes. We contacted the company immediately and they actually returned our message the very next business day. That alone was impressive. Then they resolved the issue by sending a new replacement greenhouse at no cost for shipping or item. Just the quick response earns a 5 in my book. We had an issue with some missing parts on our 10x30 Greenhouse. We sent an email detailing the issue and Yitahome stepped up right away explained they did not have the spare parts to send and right away sent us out a new Greenhouse to replace the one that could not be completed. The customer service went above and beyond and we will be recommending this company to all of our friends and family!

Everything arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or weird colors. The packaging was strong and I was able to haul it downstairs solo with no issues. The instructions for putting it together were a breeze to follow, and all the pieces were labeled. I managed to assemble it in an hour, even with a few interruptions. The unit looks pretty good for the price, with smooth sliding doors and sturdy shelves. I even tested its strength by sitting on the top shelf, and it held up just fine. Plus, the customer service was great. They always answered my questions quickly. Appreciate their helpful attitude. Just the middle shelf could have the cover. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars.

Overall the quality of the desk is good. It's durable and should last for many years with normal use. Assembly was fairly straightforward but there were some issues with the instructions as mentioned. Most of the parts were well labeled and went together smoothly. It just took some extra time to sort out the incorrect shelves placement. I had to contact customer service regarding the assembly issue. They were very responsive and helpful in walking me through to reslove the problem. The shipping was timely and the desk was well packed. There was no damage during transit. Overall I'm satisfied.

Cheap junk. Ice Machine, should have read the reviews on Amazon. There is NO way this ice maker can make ice, much less store ice unless it is in a room that is below 32 degrees. They product should not even be made much less sold to anyone. This a scam product.

They sell there stuff on Amazon and it came in broken. I got no help from Yita or Amazon. I am 56 handicapped female and now I have a bunch of prices sitting in the middle of my living room for a week. I got the runs around for 2 hrs today. The parts that were broken were the main walls cracked right in half. Both of them

The stated measurements due not match the pictures for the fire pit insert I was trying to order. The inside measurements and outside measurement are nearly identical (1/10") in the pictured measurements description. Looking at the picture itself, it is clear the outside measurement should be 2-3" wider than the inside measurements. And from a design standpoint, it would have to be also or the insert will easily fall into the fire pit without the overhang.

Called the US support line and the person barely spoke English. After several attempts to provide an ASIN Amazon product number I had to give up and look for a company that can clearly communicate and have factual pictures and measurements.

Response from this review was to send the order number for assistance. Which, again, shows they can not communicate well. As I said I provided the ASIN number since I am looking for a replacement fire pit insert. I HAVE NOT placed an order. While reviewing their product it was clear the measurements DO NOT support the picture of the product (see previous comment for details). That is why the customer service rep asked for the ASIN (Amazon) number. They still cannot read and understand. Never buy a product that you cannot get proper information about before the sale.

Ordered a coffee table from Yitahome. When delivered the corner of the box was damaged and inside the top of the coffee table was chipped. Upon reaching out via chat I was offered a $15 refund. When I said no thank you they said that was all they were authorized to offer so they would have customer service reach out to me and it would be in the next 24 hours and to continually check my email. After this review Yitahome called. They had sent an email which had gone to spam (they used a different email heading from service rather than Yitahome). I responded and they have resolved my concerns. The rating is now 4 and not a 5 just because of the initial contact with “chat”.

Yitahome has excellent customer service. I purchased a 230 gal deck box. The plastic on the front corner of the lid cracked. I do not know how this happened. I contacted Yitahome for a replacement lid. They were unable to replace just the lid so they sent me a new deck box. The process was very simple. I just had to email some pictures of the cracked corner.

I purchased a 260 gallon deck box from Wayfair.
Two months after I received it which is now past the time I can return it, the top of the box curled up, the screws pulled out of the metal framing and it is now open to the elements.
After contacting Yitahome, they wont send me a replacement top unless Wayfair says its OK, but Wayfair is telling me that since its outside of the return window its now a warranty issue, in which YitaHome is dragging their feet and giving me the run around. Over 10 emails and phone calls this company customer service stinks.

Product was promptly shipped arriving as advertised and described. Customer service was very communicative, courteous and friendly. Will be buying more from them in the future.

The instructions for the deck box were useless. The illustration of the hinges did not look anything like what the picture shows and the box itself is of poor quality
