Good Products, Amazing Customer Service
I've ordered a few products from them and they all are great! They're all easy to assemble and they look very good and feel like high quality products. When you do have a problem, their customer service team is extremely responsive and responds within the day (please note that they do tend to respond at nighttime for those in the US) and will make it right for you which is something you don't often see with big well known brands. I love them and if I see a product I like that they offer, unless the price difference is a lot higher, I will definitely consider YITAHOME first just because I know if I have an issue they will respond and help me

I ordered a 30x10x65ft heavy duty large walk in tunnel greenhouse with 7 crossbars # YHFTGH-0012. I had a problem with the zippers and the coating on the mesh.
I contacted the number on the order and was sent a replacement. They were prompt, professional and took care of the warranty.

quality is worth the price
The assembly process took me around 3 hours to complete on my own, but it was very straightforward. As a 6'2" individual, I still have a couple inches of clearance inside, so the unit feels quite spacious with good air circulation. Given the unpredictable weather here in the Pacific Northwest, I'm impressed that it's rated to withstand winds up to 25 mph. In fact, during a recent 30+ mph windstorm, the unit remained unfazed. However, as the photos show, I did anchor the skirt down with large rocks and to a nearby fence, which I would consider a necessary precaution. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy it again in the future. I'm looking forward to a successful growing season!

Nice raised garden bed!
I purchased two of these beds and I'm extremely satisfied with them. Although the assembly process was a bit time-consuming for one person due to the large number of bolts involved, the extensive hardware actually resulted in a much sturdier bed frame compared to other models I've bought previously. Despite the additional assembly time, I'm very happy with this purchase overall.

Easy Assembly Despite Minor Cosmetic Flaws
I was able to install the 14x16' system all on my own, and I was impressed by how organized the components were and the straightforward assembly process. The only downside was that there were a few dents and minor scratches on some of the panels. However, aside from those minor scratches on some of panels. However, aside from those minor cosmetic issues, I'm overall satisfied with the product and glad that I made the purchase. The organizational capabilities and size of the system are great.

What a piece of junk
I purchased this RV cover in July of 2023 put it on my RV in Oct of 2023. Returned to pickup the RV in July of 2024. The cover totally ripped and fell apart. I call Amazon they emailed YItahome they never go back to me. I called their toll free number. Even though I was only 2 weeks out of warranty and had only used it one season they refused to do anything. I will never by another product from them nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the extra large storage deck
I ordered the extra large storage deck box early June. It took over two weeks to receive it. But as soon as I placed the order I saw I had the wrong ZIP Code on my address so I immediately got a hold of someone she sent me an email confirmation of the correct address it was to go to and then two weeks later it shows up in Virginia in Virginia and it was supposed to go to South Carolina. it took me days to get someone on the phone. I had numerous chats, but I wanted to speak to someone in person. Finally I got a hold of someone and they were gonna contact FedEx and have it picked up. A week goes by nothing I finally get a hold of someone again and she assures me that it will be taken care of. It has been five days again With no response from them. They will not get back with you. They do not help you. I feel like I’m out of my $400. I would stay away from this company do not recommend them. I also told her the last time that I spoke to her five days ago if she could not get it, picked up and delivered to the correct address, I wanted to return it and still nothing from them. I just tried calling and they don’t answer.

Sturdy and stylish
This storage bench is a perfect fit for my back deck and looks fantastic. I was able to unpack and assemble it by myself in about 45 minutes thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. Using a mallet (not included) to snap the base together was helpful. I really appreciate the side hinges that keep the lid up when open. There's plenty of space inside for multiple cushions, gardening tools, and dog toys. The quality is excellent, especially considering the affordable price.

Best small patio set!
I wish I could give this product 10 stars! It's easily one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. The materials are top-notch and it's very sturdy. I was able to assemble it in under an hour, as it comes mostly pre-assembled. The quality and styles are impressive, and it's perfect for my small patio.

So worth the money
This vanity set is gorgeous. It required two people to assemble, and it took us about 2 hours. However, we did find that the cover that came with it only works if the two sides are snug up to each other front to front. I may need to order a different cover for this specific configuration.

Having two people is definitely necessary for assembly. The end result is super sturdy, with no flimsy metal parts. It's definitely a worthwhile purchase! I am very pleased with it!

I purchased this vanity to organize my makeup, which was always cluttering up my desk. To protect the white surface from stains like foundation and powder, I also bought some peel and stick wallpaper. This vanity is fantastic! This is an example of EXCELLENT customer service.
This experience was unusual and had a very happy ending. I love the greenhouse which is now fully functional. However, it was difficult. The box was damaged on arrival and parts were rattling around inside. There were parts missing inside. The assembly is much more complicated than your website indicates. The directions were also missing. When I did get them, they were almost impossible to follow. I had to hire a professional to install. It took him a week. Your company was very professional and responsive during all of these issues. The response time and answers to questions were prompt and friendly. Even though it was difficult, the collaboration and desire to get it right were obvious. All companies have occasional problems, and it matters how they solve them. Yitahome came through with flying colors.... they did what needed to be done to satisfy me. AND I LOVE MY GREENHOUSE. It is perfect. I will use you again if needed.

I received a tv stand as a gift and it came damaged. I had to use customer service through their website to get to a person who could handle my claim. After submitting pictures and a video of the damage, they are taking care of the item. Super friendly and easy to deal with.
