If I could I would check zero Stars not even give them one star. The ads are constant. They make me wait 20 30 seconds or more every few seconds. The app is useless. I have 12 cameras with five other vendor apps nothing is as bad as this.

Extrem lästige Werbung oder bezahlen. Zum Vergessen!!!!

Pessima App per telecamere. Continui blocchi per pubblicità assai invadente che inficia l'utilizzo della telecamera. SOstituita con altre con app migliori.

Es ist nahezu unmöglich das Gerät regelmäßig zu gebrauchen weil man von Werbung die nicht wegklickbar ist erschlagen wird. Wir werden die im Prinzip brauchbaren Geräte deshalb entfernen und wegschmeißen.
Es geht um Abonnements und um nix anderes.

Rubbish customer services, I can’t subscribed my first order ( 1 camera) . I paid 5 cameras, but customer service support doesn’t help, enquiry page rubbish not working, all email addresses around 7, I don’t get responses more than 10days!! No refund, no response It seems my money was stolen.

Total waste of money and hounding with ads. Why do we pay money for a camera to have stupid ads making others rich of what we own. The app is horrible the ads are for gambling with is illegal in Australia to promote gambling the developers are just pure greedy pigs and need to be stopped. Our phones our cameras are not for others profit on ads

Software is now unusable.
Do not buy this company's products.
The adverts will make you angry, frustrated, and actually stop you from using the app.
Look for another supplier.
Might be the end of cheap Chinese kit like this.

l'app originariamente gratuita e senza pubblicità, ha prima introdotto una pubblicità sempre più invadente e ad ogni accesso, poi anche il video che si poteva vedere per qualche secondo è divenuto a pagamento.

Glad I never gave them no cc info. Will never use them again absolutely saturated with ads can’t even get to camera settings half the time because there are so many ads you can’t get out of. GARBAGE!!!!

Adverts trying to sign me on contract to cloud very selective what it shows you on play back which has now stopped working

Shit company , rip off throwing my two cameras in the bin .
Update Yilot have now charged me 29.99 for a yearly subscription I did not even know I had.I cancelled it the day after they took money from my card .Now it's a fight to get my money back.As I said my Yilot cameras are now in the refuse dump.

Absolute appalling customer service, paid my subscription but they keep telling me it's expired , tried contacting them numerous ways but they never respond, their app is full of advertising all the time which is really annoying, so please don't buy any cameras that are linked to using yi-lot as they are awful in every way.

Como cámara no está mal, pero al poco tiempo de instalarla siempre que quieres acceder te inundan con anuncios y constantemente te derivan a intentos de suscripción, haciéndote perder tiempo y recordar a la madre de del fabricante.
Debería estar prohibido, compras una cámara no un buzón para su publicidad basura.

Attention évitez d’acheter ce produit car il faut obligatoirement souscrire à un abonnement et je trouve cela anormal et surtout rien n’est mentionné lors de l’achat!

I continually am asked to provide permissions for:
SD Card Read, SD Card Write, and Phone GPS location. Selecting "Set now" does NOT provide the means to provide any of these permissions. In the Yi Iot Settings, ALL applicable Permissions are granted.
Moreover, permissions for SD Card Read, SD Card Write, and Phone GPS do NOT show up at all for granting.
This has been going on for over a month. Today, happened over nine times already. Your alleged 844-234-8492 Help Number rings busy or just hangs up after three rings. Your "email" inbox is FULL.
You are ONLY good at swamping us with annoying, never-ending advertisements.
YOU OFFER NO SUPPORT!

While I was generally satisfied with their Cloud service (2023-2025), low-cost and reliable, in May 2025 they charged my credit card $109.99 for a new service, "AI Monitoring Alerts", without my consent, without giving me a price, asking for payment options, I have never even inquired about their AI service. When I complained and requested a cancellation with refund, they promised to reply within 48 hours, but they didn't. Only after I filed a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau), they answered. Be careful using the YI IoT services, and watch your credit card statements for their illegal charging practices.

Bought a remote camera which uses Yiiot app to operate, app should be free but camera/app will not work because I refuse to give my credit card details to Yiiot.
