Vertical fabric replaced.
Received 11 rolls of vertical fabric, some with labels, some without. Started to make blinds only to find they were all different batches, different shades, etc. Yewdale replaced the whole lot. Thank you.

Delivery dates changed twice and didn’t arrive 3rd date
Delivery dates changed twice.
On the third date - today - I had a text to give me a time slot and an hour after the time I rang to see where the delivery was only to be told it wasn’t coming. Then had to have a fitters work for Monday rearranged. Far from impressed

Fantastic customer experience
Fantastic customer experience. I needed a stop ring for a verticle blind which couldn't be sourced from the seller or regular blind parts websites. I found it at Yewdale and Gabi and Brian couldn't have been more helpful, and I recieved the part in less than 24 hours with an accompanying polite & professional letter. This customer service is what all others should be measured against. Due to Brian & Gabi, I highly recommend Yewdale.
