My dress took just over a month to come, communication was great and it arrived very fast after it had been shipped out. I ordered a custom sized dress and the measurements are perfect aswell as the fabric being great quality and having every detail in the photos. Very good experience you just need patience.

Please don’t buy from yes baby online. the dress they sent me looked nothing like the dress pictured online and they do not issue refunds. they never answer the phone and take weeks to even reply back via email
they cannot be trusted. Their policy states they will process a refund if the item is the wrong size and they failed to honor that as well. The dress is very poorly made and nothing like the picture online. You can’t even leave reviews on their direct page. Don’t waste your money. On top of all of this it was shipped late. Just an overall mess either way. Extremely upset with how customer service took weeks to reply back on email, ask for pictures and then say they can only refund $10 and the dress was $249! Totally scamming. Don’t trust them!

I ordered a dress for my wedding. We decided to get married pretty fast. I worked out the days and realized if I did the expedited shipping and the rush order the dress would be here in time for my wedding. There was like a two week time frame, but even at the latest it would arrive before, so I ordered and paid. The dress did not arrive in the time window promised and actually showed up 2 days after my wedding. I understand things happen, I bought another dress and everything was okay, no big deal. But I wanted to return since I would not be wearing it as it did not come in the timeframe promised and my wedding was over. They’re giving me SUCH a hard time. Telling me I need to keep the dress and I can wear it next time? Or that it’s nice for anniversary pictures? No. That’s not what happened. I paid a lot extra to make sure I would have my dress in time, you couldn’t fulfill your obligation and the dress arrived late. I never even opened the box. Take it back and give me a refund, I don’t understand the issue!

This company is shocking. The dress didn't accurately represent the photos online. It was poorly made, multiple areas of loose stitching, hard glue on the mesh and the slit in the dress was too far around the back of the dress revealing my bum instead of side leg. I finally was able to return the dress after many back and forth emails of the company trying to persuade me to get the dress repaired and adjusted at a local dressmakers and they will send me a partial refund instead of returning it. They have confirmed they have received my dress on July 7th 2022 and that it is with quality who will determine how much refund I receive. I have received no refund and they have stopped replying to my emails. Luckily I paid on Amex so I have claimed which means they will be charged for the claim.

Don't never ever buy something from this site ladies. I ordered 2 wedding dresses for my wedding day they never came and they never send me the refund back. Horrible company horrible customers service they are stealing our money Don't waste your time and your money with them. They ruined my big day

This is the absolute worst company I've ever worked with. My daughter found a dress she loved on their site so we ordered it for homecoming. While the dress arrived on time and in good condition, it was much larger than the size specifications on the website. I immediately contacted the company. After 17 emails back and forth with their customer service center (requesting that I send photos, sizes, etc. which I happily agreed to), they refused any sort of refund. The dress was $179 plus $40 for expedited shipping and was much larger than their own specifications. They refused any sort of compensation and told me to have it altered locally. They absolutely refused to accept responsibility for their own mistake or do anything to make it right. Be smart, save yourself some money, and shop elsewhere.

After disaster after disaster with bridesmaids dresses , at the last minute we ordered 4 from yesbabyonline in the hope that they would come in time. They did arrive in time and were just like the description said. Colour was perfect and the material was quality. A few alterations were needed but this did not spoil anything about the dresses. I wish i’d known about this site in the beginning as would of saved a lot of sleepless nights. All bridesmaids loved their dresses and not only looked beautiful but felt beautiful too. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a dress just like the picture and description.
