The 1 day retreat started at 11am and finished at 5pm.

The entire day was well organised - structured , fun and welcoming, PEOPLE and NOT profit, had been put first , the "bingo" therapy session at the beginning was great fun and broke the ice with fellow participants, followed by lunch - Fresh, home made and homme cooked- amazing !
Yoga by Kevin was relaxing enjoyable and detoxing .
Afternoon painting was what the doctor ordered - very chill out - very engrossing - great fun - JOY was had .

I was apprehensive before the day began, no idea what to expect. Sometimes we need to roll the dice and go with it, resulting in a wonderful unexpected day

An excellent yoga and wellness retreat I would highly recommend to everyone.
Jannelle provided a really good experience, even taking the time out to give us all gift bags containing health treats and useful equipment, which I thought was a great touch to an already amazing day.

During the yoga session I was able to relax, concentrate on my breathing and really tap into a deep sense of calmness which Iv been unable to do alot of the time in my personal life - a timely reminder to take time out and focus on connecting with myself.

The sound bath was great - so relaxing that I almost fell asleep and the plant-based lunch was delicious.

All in all, a very special and valuable day. I took home many lessons and eagerly await for the next retreat! Highly recommended.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this retreat deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was exactly where I was meant to be. Jannelle has created something really special, it was well thought out, and was clear how much care went into making everyone feel warm and welcome.
I loved every part of it — the pace, the setting, the yoga, the moments of stillness and connection helped me discover things about myself; it was an eye opener.
I’m so grateful I was able to attend the retreat.
I’d recommend anyone looking for that same feeling to attend one of Jannelles retreats.

Very professional yet so relaxed. She provides insight in such a direct but not forceful way. It has allowed me to come to terms with many truths about myself and the various relationships in my life. Very accommodating when it comes to fees/payment as well. Loved our sessions, would've continued if not for me moving.

I worked with Jannelle for two years and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. She created a space where I felt genuinely heard and never judged, which made it easier to explore things I’d never really sat with before.
Looking back, the growth and shifts that have happened over that time have been significant. She has a real warmth and patience about her that made even the harder sessions feel safe. I’m really glad I took that step.

Jannelle's Spring Forward Retreat was a warm, calming, and supportive space to relax, reflect, and re-connect with myself. I would recommend future events to anyone looking for an intentional moment to pause and feel refreshed.

The day consisted of Spring-themed journaling prompts, meditative ashtanga yoga, a relaxing soundbath, refreshments, and moments of reflective and activity-based mindfulness. A truly valuable experience!
