Card didn't include the carriers advertised, but great customer service stepped in to save the day!

I ordered an eSIM card from YeeSim specifically because the website listed carriers I needed in certain countries. But material sent after the purchase said that there would be different carriers. I'm planning a trek in remote parts of the Alps and the Dolomites, and I need carriers that have the best coverage in those regions. I emailed the company. They responded almost immediately and provided appropriate eSIM's to include the carriers I needed. Disappointed that the initial information provided was incorrect, but great customer service fixed the problem quickly and saved the day.

Life saver!!

No issue with the connection.
Affordable, easy to install esim.

Except delivery of QR code for installation will not be provided instantly. Also, the customer cannot contact the human agent directly.
