I have been using Charts now for 1 year, and it has become a very useful and essential tool for my investment decision making that I wouldn't want to miss.
I am currently a student who has recently slowly built up an interest in investing with a plan to do this for the long-term. YCharts naturally became a research tool for equities that I came across. Compared to some of the other resources I've been using like Yahoo, Macrotrends, or Morningstar, etc, YCharts is definitely the most comprehensive of the bunch. It really saves time for the investor. The function to visually plot a chart with almost any fundamental metric is a great way to spot trends and anomalies. These points make more efficient and aid any due diligence an investor is conducting. The experience during my free trial was so good that I decided to even upgrade to a subscription plan because I believed that the value I got from the investing capital I would either earn or save (e.g. protect from speculative losses) from using YCharts would be worth the price. Additionally, the staff at YCharts provided exceptional service when I contacted them about any questions/concerns I would have. Overall, I highly recommend YCharts.
My experience with the YCharts platform has been excellent. I am a simple investor who likes to do a lot of research (reviewing Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flows, SEC filings, etc.) before making an investment in a company. The sheer amount of data, along with the fundamental and technical tools on the YCharts platform makes this process so much quicker and efficient. Conservatively, I save about an hour or two per company I research using YCharts. In addition, they offer webinars to increase your knowledge of how to use the tools, and their support has been quite helpful. I can't say enough how pleased I am to be a YCharts customer.
