Received a shirt to find that it was not 100% cotton as sold it was 35% with none of the stitching finished properly on the buttons either so not the quality you'd expect for an expensive item and mis-sold. Contacted Yardsale seeking assistance and never heard anything back and after reading reviews here it seems it would not be worth risking sending the item back either. Super disappointed at the complete lack of customer service. Disappointed because thought they had a cool ethos and like their designs too.

This website's a scam. Ordered a shirt back in January 27 and still haven't received any update from the multiple emails I send them. Don't ever buy from this website.

Ordered from their website on dec 16th 2024 and still aint received anything. I first contacted Yard sale's team by email, just to check what was up as my tracking infos showed the package stuck at the same stage for weeks. Also I contacted by email all delivery services that had been involved in my order. Uni uni and City Logistic both answered immediately confirming the parcel had been lost and they could file a claim for me to get a refund or a new order from the merchant. So you know i carried on sending emails to yard sale to the point its now february 11th and they have not send me a single sign of anything. Oh and on the website my order is shown as "successfully completed". 100% scammers behaviours. Gutted

I never write reviews but do not buy (directly) from this company. Order never left the warehouse. Took way over a month to get a refund, even after them promising to resend the order. Zero communication from their team, disappointing as I like the brand.

High quality clothes. Low quality service.

Dont shop with Yardsale. Returned an item about a month and a half ago with proof of delivery. Got no confirmation from them or a refund. I have sent numerous emails, with no response. Rubbish. I wont be shopping with them again.. Whats the point in having a contact email if they never respond
