I just completed my first full mowing season with Yarbo. I'm impressed with it's shear power compared to my Mammotion Luba. It consistently mows my 4.5-5 acre field and it has never looked better. The best part is I haven't had to manually mow the field in 6 months which has saved me 4-5 hours a week. Looking forward to the continued advancements Yarbo puts into this platform.
I have been with Yarbo since early on and have been impressed with the company. Their dedication to engineering and developing an exceptional product I feel is unparalleled. I have the mower and snow blower again impressed with the quality of the product as it is a substantial product manufactured for long term durability. The units work well are easy to program and get up and running. I am looking forward to seeing new products being offered. I did feel the company could have done a better job launching the mower pro module just shortly after I received the regular mower module. If I had known this was to offered I would have waited for the Pro module as these things are not cheap. I did end up purchasing it and what an improvement it is.
I have had no issues with customer service and support tickets have been responded to with in 24 hours or sooner.

Yarbo has been my shovel buddy in the winter, trim buddy in the summer! After setting the peritmer for either season,I have miminal work in the areas that Yarbo maintaines.Support and replacement of warrenty has been Great.Softwear and updates have fixed all my issue.
We love our BeeBop (Yarbo)! Yeah, it was a hurdle at times to get it to do what we wanted and expected, but we're so happy with our purchase! Tech support has been spot on. Software updates have made things run smoother! We bought the core, the M1 mower and S1 snowblower last September and all have worked very well for us.
I have been with Yarbo with their latest M1 mower, and snow plow through the winter of 2024 and now the latest mower pro. I had issues with the plow and was quickly sent a replacement. excellent customer. the time zone thing makes some response time inconvenient, while i was trying to learn the product utilizing customer service. but their products work! there are settings that are more cutting edge that cause glitches such as vision sensors, that will sometimes try to avoid shadows. but setting the mower to gentle contact it works great. I travel alot and now I dont have to come home to a mess of a lawn or deep snow in the driveway. love it! worth the investment.
Initially, Yarbo support was TERRIBLE! I had to email the CEO to get the proper response to my initial questions. Once I was able to get the right amount of attention, all my issues were resolved. Even though I had issues with setup and GPS, support did resolve these to my satisfactions. My biggest issue is that documentation is not detailed enough for technical users. I am giving 3 stars only because of the initial experience with support. Product is great, once you can get it operational.

I have been with Yarbo since the early Kickstarter days. I have had the 2023 model (snowblower) which was great, but had challenges.
I upgraded to the 2024 model with all the attachments. I had great success with the snowblower, but the core had to be replaced a couple times. Very quick response and turn around time, with no hassles.
I used the lawn mower attachment the entire summer (over 3.5 acres) with great success. Each update made it better. I haven't used my ride mower at all. I usually do some edge trimming with Yarbo is doing it's thing.
I upgraded to the lawn mower pro and can't wait to put it to the test. Unfortunately, just before receiving my lawn mover pro, my core started having battery charging issues. Customer service has been working with me to resolve this.
That is the main reason I am giving a 5 star review. Yarbo is a great concept, and a work in progress. I expect bumps along the way. As frustrating as it may be, the exceptional customer service makes the experience worth it.
I did a tremendous amount of research on robotic mowers before finally ordering the Yarbo. I was concerned that I didn't know the company at all, and this is a large investment.
I had seen numerous complaints about quality and service online, but after a month, my experience has thankfully been much different. Are there still improvements needed? Yes. But, if you are willing to put in the time to setup the mower correctly, it will absolutely work.
The first thing you will notice when you unbox is that this is a serious machine. The weight and build quality are very nice. The instructions could use some work, but overall, the manuals are pretty good. It's pretty easy to get the mower setup, but you have to get the data center setup in a great area. No shortcuts here!
I opened support tickets and they are very responsive. I usually can get at least 1-2 replies per day on questions. I have some initial issues that I'm still using workarounds for, but the tickets are still open and someone updates me on status (at least letting me know they are still looking into it).
What would make my experience 5 star? Instruction manuals could use improvement. Also, easier to locate maintenance instructions like tightening tracks, greasing the tracks, etc. Also, working out these vision bugs.
I originally got my Yarbo from KickStarter, so right when it started, and have since upgraded to the 2024 version.
The initial product lacked a little power, but the 2024 edition has been great, I have all "original" products, so the snow blower, the lawn mower and the leaf blower.
I have used the snow blower for 2 years now, and the mower for 1 year, considering the size of my land, I'm impressed with the units.
I did have some issues early on, and one this year where the robot didn't recognize my truck, and got stuck under it, but Yarbo was fantastic in helping me, any time I reached out to their support I got the help I needed. That's what mostly motivated my 5 starts, they have always been helpful!
So far so good. Yarbo is by no means perfect. However I will say that my lawn looks better than it ever has and my yarbo has certainly become the talk of the neighborhood. I've had a few issues with broken cutting disks, trailer hitches and the charging pad. With that said, I reached out to support each time and they sent me replacements with no issue. There is definitely a learning curve, but overall I would recommend yarbo to others.
Have only had for a month with the Mower Pro. So far it has exceeded my expectations. It has replaced to competitor lawn mowers with one.
My personal experience . Yarbo has come from a concept company to a full on production . It took some time but they are getting it right . With a full sized 1.5 acre lot the mower cuts the area in 12 hours . The bonus is you can snap a snowblower head on and use it in the winter . Most machines will not even come close to this one , it cuts behind buildings , around trees and always makes it back to the doc . As far as rapid response in dealing with any malfunctions the company is. A plus . The programmers first check to see if there is a glitch in code . If not a new package is sent and on your door step in a few days depending on the area and location you’re sitting at . You then simply return the defective part which they cover . So you’re not left in the cold . Is it perfect .. every machine when taken out into the wild will encounter issues but they fix it .. they don’t leave you in then cold . Very worth while , very good team .
I am handicapped due to a recent hip fracture. My son and son-in-law helped me get my Yarbo up and running. It has been such a pleasure having my Yarbo mow my 1-acre of lawn. My neighbor commented on how well groomed my law has been. There were a few bumps in the road. Like a broken antenna when the Yarbo attempted to go under a trailer. Also when it ate some chicken wire. After putting in some "no go zones", the issues were resolved. I am looking forward to having my Yarbo snow blow my driveway this winter.
I purchased my Yarbo in July 2025 with 5 module attachments (Mower Pro, Snowblower, Leaf Blower, Smart Assist, and Trimmer). I received the Yarbo Core, Snow Blower module and Smart Assist module within a few weeks.
About a month later, the Yarbo Core developed camera issues which required replacing the unit with a brand new Yarbo Core. I got the new Yarbo Core fairly quickly and it has been functioning well since.
The Snow Blower module appears to be performing well, although I have not had the opportunity to test it in real snow yet since it is still early fall.
The Smart Assist module (SAM) took a little time to understand but is working well too. I and many other Yarbo owners are still anxiously waiting on the next app/firmware update which will hopefully allow for the towing of lawn accessories (such as a seed and fertilizer spreaders) without jackknifing. Unfortunately, the app/firmware release date keeps getting pushed farther and farther back.
A few weeks later, I received the Leaf Blower module. Overall, it has worked well. I have noticed if I keep the blower speed on high (level 3) the battery tends to overheat. It takes about 3-4 hours for the battery to cool down, before it will allow recharging. If I keep the speed on low or middle (level 1 or 2), it does not have this problem. This is a little inconvenient.
I finally received the Mower Pro module the first week of October. I have been having "major issues" with this device. It is constantly thinking there is an obstruction in its path. It won't even leave the charging station on its own. I have to use the manual controller on the app to get it off the charger. Then it moves at a snail's pace. I have not been able to use this module for the past 2 weeks due to its poor functioning. I suspect the unit is probably defective and needs to be replaced. I do have an active "ticket" with the Yarbo support team but am disappointed in the response time. It is still early fall, and the grass is still growing.
I am still waiting to receive the Trimmer Module. Currently expecting to get it in the Spring 2026.
Despite the problems I am currently having with some of the modules, I am still very glad I purchased my Yarbo. I truly believe, once the kinks are worked out, it will be a real time saver and an indispensable yard tool.
My Yarbo has been mowing my three lawns perfectly since June. In retrospect, setting it up was easy. Any errors that occurred were due to my misinterpretation of the operating instructions. However, the so-called problems were solved on the second or third attempt.
Creating the working areas was easy. I also mow at a relatively large distance from the house. There are areas there that are partially covered. That's why I use the larger antennas. There were reception problems with the smaller ones. After installing the larger antennas, everything works perfectly. Sometimes the remote control “freezes” when I'm on the go and want to start Yarbo from my mobile phone. But even that usually works on the second attempt. The app is constantly being improved, which I think is good.
The ability to mow the lawn in different patterns is also great. All in all, Yarbo makes lawn care easier. So far, I'm very satisfied.
For the most part I'd say it works pretty good. There are only 2 downsides to the yarbo that I have found. 1st the obstacle avoidance is pretty bad I had to shut everything off except the bumper to get it to actually cut my yard. Now it works great but if there is a vehicle chances are it will smash into it. 2nd is the mapping is very odd how yarbo has it set up. I put it on adaptive but it will cut part of my yard go to the other side and cut a little pieces then go back across the yard to finish it. This can definitely be fixed with software but im just waiting for the updates to come out.
Yarbo is on the cutting edge of year round autonomous yard care. The robots feature interchangeable modules which currently feature snow blowing, mowing, and leaf blowing. A trimmer (weed whacker) module is coming next. Yarbo significantly cuts down on the manual labor required to maintain a large property. The software stack is currently still in a state of refinement which can be frustrating at times, but nothing is ever perfect. I have already seen significant improvement on the software side, and expect that trend to continue. If you are someone who loves being on the cutting edge in tech products, and doesn't mind putting in the work to set the system up properly, Yarbo is probably for you. I highly recommend.
I feel like my experience with Yarbo as a company has been great. I had a couple issues with a shipment of a battery charging cord, but that was resolved withing a a week or so. They were excellent with the Mower Pro launch in my opinion, since I was on the live release and purchased as soon as it was available. I had an issue with my core unit and they sent me a refurbished replacement for free which is awesome. As for the unit it self, I've had decent experience with it. It's kept it's signal even with placing it in challenging locations and I haven't had it get stuck in the year I've owned it.
I have been using Yarbo’s snowblower and lawn mower modules - basically, two expensive robots that sometimes act like moody teenagers. When they work, it’s amazing watching the mower glide across the lawn or the snowblower chew through snow feels like living in the future. But when they don’t… let’s just say I have had more “manual override” moments than I expected.
The hardware looks premium, but the brains (software) still need to catch up. It’s like buying a Tesla that occasionally forgets the driveway.
Yarbo’s team is improving things frequent updates, quick responses delays if you have new issues, and real engagement with users - but the product still feels early-stage. I’m rooting for them because the idea that I was chasing back from 2015. Just know you’ll need patience and a bit of humor while it learns to adult.
Got a square driveway and a treeless lawn? You’ll love it. But if you want perfection out of the box… maybe wait for version 3.0
