VERY BAD logistics company
I still can't understand Yakkiofy were able to ship an order weighing 700 grams by dividing it into 6 different parcels for the same customer. I also specify that the type of products is the same but with different colors. That is to say that for each color they make a package. And all this for the same customer and only one delivery address. I called on them as a logistics company precisely to avoid shipping in several parcels, otherwise I would have stayed to dropship on Aliexpress. So now I find myself with 6 tracking numbers for a single order.
I specify that it was a large order worth 918€ and that I absolutely wanted to ship it by DHL and that I had informed them several times that I wanted this order to be perfectly shipped. They refused me the shipment by DHL whereas in their FAQ it is specified that DHL delivery is available. Not to mention that they then managed to ship the order with 6 different tracking numbers. Apart from that, a few days ago, I had to refund a customer because after 3 weeks they still hadn't shipped the package! Not to mention the delivery times which are not extraordinary as announced. I'm extremely disappointed because I don't have the feeling that they are doing their best to satisfy the dropshipper.
UPDATE : NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH DOZENS OF DISPUTES FROM MY CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY RECEIVED INCOMPLETE ITEMS, WHICH ARE NORMALLY SOLD IN SETS OF 3, AND THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM. I LOSE A LOT OF MONEY BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT THE SKU INDICATED A SET OF 3 ITEMS. IT'S A LOGISTICS COMPANY THAT DOESN'T SEEM PROFESSIONAL TO ME AT ALL. I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THEM.

I'm sorry that you are disappointed by our company, but you expected services that weren't possible and our customer care tried to explain it to you more than one time.
Yes, normally we can ship with DHL, but you sell medical items and this kind of products, due to new China policy, can't be shipped out with DHL; our customer service team explained this to you
and you accepted to ship with another service.
Moreover, due to the type of products that you sell, the weight allowance in a single package is inferior to normal products, this is why our customer care advised you to make a wholesale order, but you wanted to ship in dropshipping. It is for this reason that your order was split into 6 parcels.
Last but not least, there was another order of yours that was lost in the forwarder warehouse, we are sorry for this, and for this reason, we gave you a refund. We are really sorry for the inconvenience but you need to understand that sometimes these things can happen especially now with the Coronavirus pandemic.
I hope I reply to your doubts and that you can reconsider your position.
5 star idea but executed without any real professionalism and efficiency
This company talks about efficiency and speed but they dont ever check their customers requests. I have left product requests and its just sits their for days without being check or approved! How can they run a business when their is no commitment to efficiency and keeping things in check? They are a italian company and I am ethnically italian so I am not being racist towards them but they cant communicate well in english when asking them questions regarding importing products from aliexpress. This company promises a lot but they put no effort into working with dropshippers. The world runs on speed these days and their simply to slow. ***UPDATE*** As of 10th of may my requests havent been approved, very dissapointing as was said would be done on the 8th of may. Was hoping that this would be done by the 8th so i could of changed this review positively. They send all this good emails like "have your own free warehouse space" etc and as said its a great idea and model they just dont work hard and efficiently to make this business work. Everything is so slow and the service timeframes dosent match as stated, hopefully they can work to be more professional and use this feedback to improve their business service.

Hi Nicholas, you made 4 manual requests between the 3rd and the 4th of May. To approve a manual request, we need 3-5 working days (as written on our website) and you wrote this review on the 6th of May, (2 working days after sending your request), plus the 3rd and the 4th was holidays in China, we are sorry but your request will be ready on Friday (8th of May).
Hi Nicholas, your requests are been approved. We try our best to give you the best service possible and so we don't understand why you are so disappointed. It is written on our website that manual quotations need from 3 to 5 working days to be processed and you got your request before than usual. If you count the working days (and the 4th in China was holidays) you should have received your quotations on Monday so today and you received them before.

You can import only 10 products in a month.
It takes days for them to approve your product for import. I think it's good for One product store. Didn't had a chance to place a test order with them to see how that goes. But you do need to import the product through them to be able to place order with them, which again comes down to just ten products a month. I wonder who are these people that have left 5 stars for this company.

Hi Mohit, I'm really sorry that you found problems using our software, but I think there is some misunderstanding. It is not true that you can import only 10 products in a month. You can import as many products as you want from our catalog, you can request 30 new products automatic quotations and 10 manual quotations. Plus, I saw that you did 2 image searches, but you never transform them in dropshipping requests, so, for this reason, you didn't have the chance to test your products. I've been using Yakkyofy for a little while now and I really like their services.They're always able to find the products that I need and to ship them out fast.They also have excellent customer service that answers to all my questions in chat.Plus if I have a problem with one item, they are always ready to replace it or refund me.

Amazing support and performance!
I've tried lots of agencies and suppliers and have to say they they are the best at what they do... Their customer support is super good and always trying to help. They go above and beyond to find the best product at the best price... Processing is just 24 hours of you have stock with them which is insane... And shipping to Spain and Italy in just 3 to 8 days without having to sell a kidney and a leg...
I recommend you guys to try them out... They will make your importing/dropshipping life much easier
