Tracking information was provided throughout the delivery process, I had a few technical difficulties during set up but the support couldn't have been more helpful and got my phone working. Fantastic work!

Scam - phone will not work in the USA 
I purchased a phone for my daughter for Christmas after she insistent about that particular phone and kept on sharing ads with me from multiple platforms. I looked at the website, went through the reviews and felt confident especially as it states right on the homepage they have a 14 day return policy. It arrived, and we went to went to multiple carriers to active the phone of which ZERO would work for the phone in the USA. I was well within my 14 days, contacted company and was told they would not accept a return of the phone as I did not have a valid reasoning. According to them, they say that they clearly outline what carriers works with the phone (none of which are in the USA) and furthermore impossible to find on the website. Total scam.

Compatibility – The phone’s supported network bands are listed in the product description. We clearly state that it is the customers responsibility to ensure compatibility with their chosen network. In the product description of the phone you bought it says: “All phones are unlocked, but please check compatibility with your carrier before purchase. If unsure, contact us.” This responsibility lies with the customer, not us, and you did not even reach out for assistance.
Returns – Our 14-day return policy covers faulty or incorrect items only. Network incompatibility is not a valid reason for return as the customer is told to check compatibility with their chosen network before purchase, and this is outlined in our Refund Policy, visible on every page of our website.
Legitimacy – We are not a scam. We’ve fulfilled thousands of orders worldwide, including in the USA, where many customers successfully use this exact model, but who have ensured compatibility with their chosen network before purchase.
The phone you received was exactly as described. The issue is not the product, but that compatibility with your chosen network was not checked before purchase.
