These guys are polite only if you lose. If you win some money, they will be block you off your account and also on telegram by a guy called Leo (apparently the owner). I had 205 usdt on my account, asked to withdraw 130. On live chat they told to me add Leo on Telegram. This guy offered bonuses if deposit again. I told him I never in my life took any bonus because I know what this lead to. He told me that my withdrawal will be processed in 2 minutes. Then he blocked me on Telegram and also out of my Xyes.com account. Beware
I contacted the live chat again today as you told me and after one hour on chat, they are telling me to submit things like "Bet history for the last 7 days (with ticket/order IDs)". How can I have this if I can't login anymore.. ?! And this is just to reconsider reopening my account so I can complete KYC4, whatever that is. And after that you will reconsider to pay me or not... And all this for my money, no Xyes money, but my money...
