Billigstware aus China. Ware entspricht nicht der Beschreibung, Bilder sind gefakt( statt Strickware billigste Shirtware). Nie wieder xudali

they sell products but they are not who they say they are. this is a hong kong based company faking claims about thier idenity.

Not true.

Ordered a jacket, got a cheap black shirt!! Not even the right size or same size I ordered, got in touch, no intention of sending correct order out unless I pay to return this black rag I received in error, like previous reviews eventually offered 40% discount!!. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE People their website should be taken down. Ripped off by scammers.

The washability of this dress is good. It's lined, so no need for a slip. The length is perfect. It fits perfectly. And it's so comfy that I could wear it all day long. The sleeves are a bit sheer, a nice touch unless you wear special undergarments. I washed it once already and it came out just like new.

The fabric was light and flowing, loved the sleeves. I am a dress size 4 but ordered a large because I have a short waist and broad shoulders and I wanted it loose on me. The elasticity is only in the bodice and works great. You can wear the dress comfortably in winter or inside cool AC buildings. It will be fine for all seasons except hot. Loved the look, and elegance. For my own preference sizing up was perfect. If you like tighter, it may be true to size. My daughter wears large and I don't think she would be happy with the large I am wearing. You can wear it with or without a belt for versatility.

The company shipped me a completely different product than what I ordered and paid for. 100% their error. Also the product was designed differently than as presented on line but that's admittedly a risk of buying online.

When I contacted them with my order details vs what they shipped .. in effect "I ordered X, you sent me Y" please remedy, and they unwilling to do so unless I paid freight both ways.

Then it morphed to 'What would you think if we gave you a 15% refund and you didn't need to return the goods?" This went thru several iterations until we got to 40% refund and not returning it. And to anyone with experience negotiating in Asia, it was consistent with negotiating etiquette.

My point is .. customer service would/could not pay shipping to remedy THEIR mistake and tried to resolve within the limits they have. They do not intend to compete with US online or retail sellers. In my experience in the US, most real retailers will remedy a mistake on their end promptly.

So in effect, caveat emptor. The risk of failure with these guys outweighs the potential upside of buying something you can use at an attractive price. Hard Pass

Ich hatte eine Westernjacke bestellt. Bekam eine andere Jacke zugeschickt. Sehr dünn und billiges Material. Außerdem eine hässliche Jacke. Wollte sie zurückschicken, bekam aber mitgeteilt das die Jacke auf dem Transportweg eventuell verloren gehen könnte. Dafür gebe es keine Haftung. Transportkosten soll ich zahlen. Da mir alles zu umständlich war bekam ich 9€ zurückerstattet. Das war für mich eine Lehre. Nie wieder Xudali.

Don’t buy from these people . How can a legitimate business have a “Hotmail” address. I have been scammed by these Chinese websites that has AI to answer your questions. AI cannot answer basic questions, such as who do I speak to regarding my credit card payments that international tax was not authorised by me. ? Buy from your local stores . Support your local stores .

Ho riceuto una fregatura con un pantaloncino short bianco rovinato e di ben 3 taglie più piccole, ho speso ben 41 euro non mi sono stati rimborsati pur richiedendoli, mi stato chiesto di rimandarli indietro a mie spese ovvio senza un ' indirizzo specifico.
Adesso con il pantaloncino ci sto pulendo i vetri ci vengono bene.

I have been burned by many companies in China. Look at the names of those people giving great reviews. It is clear they are fake. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING FROM CHINA, THEY DECEIVE ABOUT THE ACTUAL ITEM, AND WILL AVOID RETURNS.

Statt wie beschrieben aus Baumwolle sind die Blusen aus billigen Syntetic. In der Werbung und auf der Website sahen die Blusen wunderschön aus, in Wirklichkeit einfach nur billig und auch noch mit hässlich weißen Knöpfen. Eine Frechheit.

They need to be stopped. Order says 100% cashmere, it is 100% acrylic on the label, the army green cardigan is a cheap looking mint green, return policy says 30days after reception but it is 30 days after you send it, you pay the shipping to China, they say on the return e-mail that it is expensive and long, the clock is ticking since they sent you the confirmation e-mail. Draw your own conclusions. They offer to keep the merchandise for 15% rebate. Wrong color, false info, a rebate is not enough for a good you would have ne er bought.

It is great fit. Brings out the woman in me. I love the material has a nice thickness to it plus it stretches for that comfortable fit.
