The product was very easy to install and it fitted perfect. All we needed to do was shorten the chains which didn't long at all. The silver chains are just the right weight and look fine. The main thing is it has prevented flies coming in my kitchen which ruined summer for me. Wish I'd found out about this product much earlier. With hot summers becoming the norm doors are open alot more, this product is absolutely necessary and works!

Bed bugs killer spray - waste of money.
Bought bed bugs killer spray which was a waste of money as it doesn't work. The formula is not strong enough. I sprayed the bed bug generously with it, the bed bug was still alive after 40 min so I sprayed it again. 7 hours later the bed bug was still alive so I had to kill it with my shoe. I would give '0' stars if I could.

The service was fast
The service was fast. The product however I have found isn’t as effective at eliminating flies as the older model I have. The rubber rim is too deep to be able to catch a fly that’s landed on a surface so the fly still walks around underneath as the wires aren’t in contact with it!

Clothes Moth Killer Spray
The product (Clothes Moth Killer Spray ) was delivered to the wrong address. Thank you DHL. Xterminate sent the product again after letting them know what had happened. This was a great gesture from Xterminate. I received the second delivery and the product has performed perfectly on the first application. So far. I am extremely pleased with the service and product.
