Love how easy it is to use!!

The creation of Personas was simple and easy. Designs could have been adjusted and edited easily.

I use this product's template to build and update the capabilities statement for my government contracting side business. I feel like the editing and updating format is clean and compares well to competitors in the space that I have previously used at former jobs. The prices is also quite reasonable.

I have adhd... so having a color co-ordinated space where I can brain dump then prioritize my task has been really impactful on my productivity... and the part where I check off my tasks makes my experience really worthwhile and gives me an absolute sence of accomplishment 🥳

Its ok however I am on the free version and external links/images do not work.

I was taking the Google UX Design course and Xtensio came in very handy for my portfolio project. I lost interest in the UX course but I can say, the UX of Xtensio was very pleasant. Easy to use.

It was easy to set up, use and delivered great documents.

While it didn't exactly knock my socks off, it does provide a straightforward approach to data management. The user interface is decently designed and fairly easy to navigate. Importing data from multiple sources is a handy feature that allows for a more comprehensive view of business performance. However, I couldn't help but feel that some advanced features were missing, leaving room for improvement. Xtensio offers a basic solution for managers seeking to gain insights from their data, but it may not fully meet the needs of those looking for more robust functionalities. Give it a shot if simplicity is what you're after, but keep in mind that there may be other platforms out there with more advanced capabilities.

I have used Xtensio for free for about 2 years and am very satisfied with the program, apart from the watermarks. Recently I got a notification that they changed their free program to 1 active folio (before it was 3), but if you already had more than 1 folio you would still be able to edit these. This was annoying, but it said I could still finish my 3 existing folio's, so I carried on. I gave Xtensio a 1 star review because I could no longer work on any of my folio's, which was very frustrating. And the Helpdesk took some time to respond to my question, so I was displeased. However, when they did respond they went out of their way to help me, even contacting me afterwards to see if their advise had actually helped. It seemed that switching to a different browser solved my problems. They completely redeemed themselves and that deserves 5 stars :)

Horrible! Four hours of work got deleted without any warning. Contact centre is impossible to find, they keep sending me to help centre which provides zero useful information! I do not recommend this app to anyone!
