ordered domestic product from them. its been almost a month and they haven't even initiated my shipment. looking to talk to customer service has been a nightmare and can't get a hold of anyone. this is 100% so I advise anyone to look elsewhere for their products.

Ordered on 09/10/25 (from San Diego). Initial communication was fast confirmed order and advised a 5–7 day wait for tracking. On 09/14/25, I was told shipping would be processed within a week. Since then, I’ve received repeated delays, including a claim that they have 20 days to process orders. Despite follow-ups since 10/10/25, they only reply late at night with empty promises to ship “tomorrow.” Appears to be a scam avoid and use other sellers new go to is tuneupfuel(UK) constant communication and 7 day shipping.

Edit date 10/18/25 package randomly arrived. In strange packaging.

Company is legit, I’ve been using them for years and never had any issues. Labs always come back good and sometimes my levels are higher than other times but never low.

Not sure maybe I gave them the wrong address. This is what they say. Now the package is on the way back to them and delivered. I Lost to my Money and the package is gone….

I read about the guy on reddit who posted the review below here and he got his stuff after someone told him to whats app them whats the status of my order. The guy doesn't steal from people.
