Quality address stamp
I appreciate the appearance quality of my address from the stamp. Also I like the compact design. My previous stamp was large and the ink smeared my address.

Web site description not accurate
The size of the stamp was not accurate. I had to reorder and the size that I needed was not represented correctly on line. It only showed straight text and I needed rounded. I was only able to order once speaking with customer service. You SHOULD CHANGE the description on the web site. I wasted $140 of the companies money and now have to order again for even more $$....NOT VERY HAPPY!!

I ordered this stamp to replace one I ordered previously. The old stamp broke (we use it to stamp the hands of customers). Ordering a new stamp was seemless. A customer service rep told me how to reorder a new stamp and it arrived a week later.

Quality like no other stamps
The quality of the stamp is what I came back for. I have ordered from large office supply stores they never last but when I found the stamp brand on the stamp that I have had for 38 years and still it is like new. I went online ordered all new stamps except the one I have had for 38 years. I am so happy with the quality, price, made my day to finally find what I needed and I know it will outlast the years we will be open.

Poor service and issues with the order
I ordered multiple stamps for a company. The stamps did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. Nor did they arrive at the correct address. When I contacted customer service they were unhelpful and simply stated "well it says it was delivered so I guess you should just look around" The next day it was delivered, and upon inspection, the stamps showed a few mistakes. I contacted customer service and they told me that since I had the option of "getting a proof" and I chose not to they were not responsible and I would have to order a new one with no refund offered or even an offer of free shipping. When I asked if I could order over the phone I was told that was not an option either. I asked if there was anything that could be done and was told flat-out no. After ordering a second time I experienced similar delays between the date I was told it would arrive and the date it actually arrived.
Not sure if this is doable but the company should adjust its system to let customers know if there is going to be a delay for any reason, especially if there are options like tracking available.
