I received a email about my iCloud storage and was offered extra iCloud storage for $1.99 . I proceeded to purchase the iCloud storage gave them my personal information and suddenly this Xshield offer pops up and after declining all of their bogus offers I thought I was getting the iCloud offer . All of the sudden it pops up thanking me for my purchase . It stated that an email had been sent confirming my order . I opened it expecting to see a charge for $1.99 for ICloud storage but it was a charge for $149.99 for Xshield . I contacted them immediately telling them that wasn’t what I wanted and to cancel . They responded to me about their all sales are final and they couldnt refund $149.99. I responded back to them about how poor their customer service was and how crooked their business was and now the cowards won’t respond back . Absolute scammers . What goes around comes around so I hope karma bites your company in the ass one day . To show you how crooked they are I’m still getting 3-4 emails a day about my iCloud storage . Clear case of scamming . Just a low life company !

Complete sham of a company, preyed on my elderly mother and would only offer a partial refund within 24 hours of initial order.

I didn’t want to give a star but had to.They are big scammers and deceitful through text constantly giving you warnings your storage is full and you have dangerous viruses.They also pretend to be Apple if you have an iPhone. They are very dangerous and are robbers of seniors with no mercy on their victims. They think they are untouchable.If they don’t give me a refund I plan on taking them down to get my money back. I wonder does Apple know what they are doing?

My Mom fell for cloud storage phishing scam. Called them to cancel and they tried to explain how great their services were - Wells Fargo chimed in that they were on a recorded line and they immediately disconnected. Not phishy at all? Needless to say they didn’t refund my Mom’s $149.99 that had nothing to do with cloud storage which is paid for through Apple. So mad that this crap is allowed scamming old people who get confused.

Xshield offers useful security features like VPN and privacy protection. Since I have been using it, everything works fine.

Its ridiculous how scammy this company is and continues to operate freely. They use phishing and scam advertisement to hook you up on their scam. Shame on them

Absolute liars, they claim on their site almost 5 stars on this page when its not , and the reason I came here ? a scam email , such a scam of a company.

Constant spam claiming my cloud storage is expired but then leads me buying this junk. Malicious and deceptive.

Xshield Solutions pretends to be based in the U.S. but I believe that it is actually based in Nigeria. Giant red flag! I wish I had known this before I worked with them. I had a Wix.com website. When Wix.com said that I had two security issues with the site and I needed to pay to fix this, they recommended a tech expert which they trusted on the basis of "hundreds" of projects done for Wix before. Unfortunately, because I don't have a business and had great difficulty paying this tech, I followed the tech's advice to make a direct deposit into his partner's bank account. My bank made the deposit -- and then reversed it when the partner immediately tried to extract CD$800 from my account. I had not given my password. When Xshield Solutions became upset with me, it managed to extract my debit card number which led to attempts on it in cities across North America (which my bank declined) and sent an elaborate scam to me in my own city which led to attempt to get $2,000 from account. Unfortunately, Xshield tricked my bank into giving it over $5000 in a "loan" from my account. I now have enhanced identity fraud protections. Wix is horrified and very upset that it put me in harm's way by referring me to these criminals. My story shows how difficult it is to trust anything and anyone on the net.

Shield is a scam. They will not refund anyone’s purchase. I would strongly advise anyone not to sign up for their services
