This is a great program!
I injured my shoulder and through the virtual therapy and the actual therapist virtual meetings, I was able to gain full motion of my arm.

Beware if your headset is not fully charged and it cuts out during the middle of a session, you have to start all over again.

Physical therapy with XR- HEALTH was a most helpful experience. The combination of stretching exercises and VR activities for an uninterrupted hour certainly helped to resolve my neck issues. Having a physical therapist work with me virtually to supervise and make adjustments was great! The VR games had intent and success while having fun! Highly recommend this program!

Awesome. Really helped without having to leave my house.

I liked XR Health but did get a little headachy from it. It was very nice to be able to work out from home, particularly during covid-19, when it wasn't possible to go to a gym. There were a few restrictions that I was not wild about. I didn't like that I couldn't set my own times and my own settings in my own music. However, all in all it was a pretty good experience. I was a little disappointed at how expensive it would have been to keep it though. Would have been interested in doing it but not at that price it's not worth it in my opinion.

I forgot to mention the one thing that really bugged me: the machine should have a red light when it needs charging. It was extremely hard to tell the yellow and green apart - almost identical. I know for a fact that I'm not alone in this.

My experience with XRHealth was amazing! Working with the VR headset was great and I found new ways to exercise, stretch, relax, and to stretch my mind in addition to my muscles. The sessions were made all that much better by working with Dr. Igbo - he is a wonderful therapist and a fantastic person. I would highly recommend both!

I signed up for the service after reading about it online. Had low expectations as I had done in person PT before for a frozen shoulder and other work-related MSK problems (I am a physician). That being said I was in so much pain and had lost so much mobility of my neck that I went ahead. It was a great experience. Actually-it was amazing! It was not instant relief of course but by the second week I was feeling better. I was able to do this around my work schedule using the app for visits, messaging and the VR system for daily exercises. About a month in I had ditched the heating pads, ointments, OTC pain relievers, etc. My therapist was awesome, awesome, awesome! (K. Gleason) I now continue on my own doing the things I learned and I can’t say enough good things about the program.

Dr. Michael Clemente is very knowledgeable. I am glad that i got him as my therapist. He is very helpful, kind and caring. I enjoy working with him. I will highly recommend him to my friends. I am progressing better with my neck and shoulders since I started with him. I have wounderful experience with him everytime.

My physical therapist is great, I'm just struggling with the app not working when I try to text or the vr device not always working right.

Your therapist (Ike) was terrific and the exercise sesions and "homework" have really helped. Overall, easy and great group to work with, particularly helpful during the pandemic. Therapy without the risk!

It was excellent! Wish there was more choices of games.

I was excited to see if XRHealth could help me, but I've been frustrated by their deceptive business practices around subscriptions.

When you sign up there is a general an intake call. About 10 days later I received the equipment in the mail and three days after that I had a Zoom call to get the program started. I come to find out the subscription starts at the intake call and not when the program starts. I ended up paying for almost half a month of not getting any treatment. Their website says each week I would get progress updates and biofeedback, not sure how I could get that without having the equipment. I paid for a month and only got about 17 days of treatment.

It would be like signing up for cable/internet and starting the subscription on that day rather than the day you get the equipment and actually start using the service.

When I tried to get an explanation, their support became very unresponsive. A more minor point, but the equipment I used was very buggy and has an overall poor user experience.
