We deny these allegations in full. The claims made here are false and materially misleading.
Due to documented misconduct and repeated violations of platform and regulatory standards, this carrier’s USDOT authority was cancelled and their Central Dispatch account was blocked by the respective authorities. These actions were taken independently based on verified records.
At no time did we impersonate a customer or engage in harassment. All communications were professional and directly related to obtaining accurate shipment updates after the carrier provided inconsistent information.
We maintain complete documentation supporting our position and have submitted the same through the appropriate dispute channels.
Overall a wonderful experience
Overall a wonderful experience! It was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had a motorcycle shipped from Florida all the way across the country to California. Everyone I dealt with was super communicative, helpful and friendly. I was very impressed and would recommend for sure!
