Wajid & Xpress Taxis are wonderful, right from the quotation, booking process, journeys, the customer service was excellent. Confirmation of the booking, reminders & pick up details were sent to us in a timely manner, communication 10 out of 10. My pre-booking for a midnight taxi home after a night out in MK was seamless. Made the booking online which was confirmed promptly. Received WhatsApp updates, texts and email reminders. Arrived on time and the vehicle was clean. Friendly, safe and courteous. Will use definitely use again.

One of the only taxi services that uses WhatsApp, a godsend if you’re from overseas as I don’t have a UK number. Was so easy to book, sent me a link to track where the taxi was, picked up and dropped off exactly on time (with good conversation too). Expensive but not more expensive than any other service other than Uber so definitely use it if there aren’t Ubers around.

Came across Xpress Taxis whilst looking for good reviews. Price was very reasonable as well so booked a pickup at 1.30 in the morning from Birmingham airport & right from the start the service was excellent.
