I hiring xpressranking for website hosting because they made all kinds of promises how good they are and they are the best and got nothing but a website that was down and inaccessible more than it was up. I paid 400 for website hosting for a year and it worked for a month and a half and now doesnt operate at all. I have no website for my customers at all. DO NOT USE XPRESSRANKING FOR ANY SEO SERVICES OR HOSTING. USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

Shitty experience

Less than a week after them spamming me "Skyler" gets in touch, I book a call and its the usual rubbish from them. "Chris" their SME joins the call and shows me a website that isn't mine and wants to explain how to make it better... He then accused me of wasting their time, ironic as they reached out to me despite me telling them multiple times both via email and on calls to stop contacting me.

They clearly must be desperate for business to keep spamming people and yet again they pretend they are US based when their are just putting of bad accents and according to the ip addresses of their emails all located in India.

Spammer.

Just another web company who need to spam to get noticed,
They also so so under fake names and fake email accounts

When asked why they spam if they are not a bad company they have no reply!

Their "Business Manger" should change his title to silly spammer as all he can manage is spam!

This company contacted me about improving my web presence. I recognized that I needed some help with my website's back end, and the price seemed reasonable. I needed to reschedule the video chat meeting with my account manager, Luke David. I had exchanged a couple of emails with him last week. I emailed yesterday, and his email no longer exists. The same is true for the salesperson who initially contacted me. Her email is now invalid. I have reported the situation to my bank and flagged PayPal hoping to get my money back.

Luke David is a consummate professional and gentleman. Luke is always courteous and patient in his help and understanding. The process of building a website takes trial and error. Luke handled communications very well.
I’m happy with the product and the process.
It’s always a risk of choosing a firm that has multiple locations but Luke did a great job!

Contracted XpressRanking to fix the SEO on my website, they did NOTHING so I cancelled the contract, disputed the charge with CC and received a refund. One year later, "Grace Kezo" from Xpress Ranking was posting bitcoin and gambling garbage on my website. They had placed a back door for themselves and turned off 2FA. BEWARE!!!

This is a fake business with fake paid reviews. Business refuses to give phone number, refuses to give address. I have pages of messages back and forth and it's a total fake business. Says they have been in business *with no phone of address) for 25 years but the website rarely gets traffic and it's only had a website for a year! SCAM!

We received an email from judithward1994 @ gmail.com, informing us she encountered an error on our website.

As soon as we replied, we got an email from June Collins, Business Development Manager at Xpressranking, trying to sell SEO services.

They never call back, paid to have website done months ago, still not done, cannot get anyone on the phone. Don't do business with these people

I had the worst experience with Xpress Ranking. I engaged them for the marketing of my small food business where they committed to providing 3 posts per week, 10 short video clips, ad management on Facebook, and so on. They persistently requested me to try out their services for a month, assuring 100% guaranteed satisfaction, so I decided to give it a shot.

I was working with someone named "Peter Jones" and/or Snehal. They collected all my business information, objectives, and other details through a questionnaire. Once the payment was sent to them that's when the problems started.

There was no response for almost 7 days. When I followed up, they told me their manager in India had some issues and that they would reassign another person to my project. After this conversation, a few more days passed without any updates. I followed up again, and this time they sent a simple image with my business name on it, which was misspelled.

I wrote to them and followed up multiple times, but there was no improvement in their delivery. Finally, I called them to remind them of their commitments versus the single image they had sent in almost 20 days and asked for a refund. They agreed over the phone and sent an email stating that the amount would be refunded within 1-2 weeks.

After the promised time passed, I wrote to them and called again, but the line went silent – no response. I also sent email to their site’s contact us "feedback" mail ID, but there was no response from their side either.

And here we are after 2 months – no one from their team has reached out to me or refunded my money. Great scam artists!

Had an amazing experience with Xpress Ranking team. I take the Seo services with very reasonable amount with nice work quality. They provide me every month work report with proper analytic approaches. Good job Xpress Ranking team.

You get what you pay for. I got the premium package combo for Seo services and website development. Happy with the job.

On April 15th Xpress Ranking decided they had not done enough damage to me so, now they are having their cronies write false and malicious reviews of my business with 1-star ratings. Very evil bunch.

I'm new to the experience with the company and so far they offered to help me fix the errors in my website. I trust the company to deliver on its commitment to update my website. Let us move forward and see the blessing this brings.

Xpress Ranking is not a good company to use for Seo. I did not become a verified user for trust pilot because I should not have to upload my driver's license picture front and back, plus take a selfie just to write a verified credible review. In the beginning, 7/14/2023 they seemed pretty attentive and kept close contact with me. But moving into the second month, they pretty much disappeared and so did my rankings. They made all of my rankings lower. Although they generated reports,
that information was not correct. They did not make any changes to my SEO work on my website or my social media. This is a fraudulent company and the work is not good. I am a small company and they took advantage of my business. They are thieves taking from small businesses. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. They still owe me a refund. They harassed me for almost 2 years to get my business, then did not do the job promised. The worst part is, that I have asked them several times to stop calling, emailing, and texting me, but they will not stop bombarding me with messages about hiring them for their services. They keep changing their business names so they can't be tracked. They also changed their payment source every month. As soon as I mentioned the refund, they disappeared. Kelly and John, shame on you for stealing from small businesses. If they have a good review, it is definitely a fake review.

They've spammed me in breach of multiple international anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM and PECR, etc. There's no way to unsubscribe on their email. This alone is in breach of CAN-SPAM.

Their email says they are "a leading firm with a rich history of 10+ years". However, their domain was registered less than two years ago.

They claim to be in Texas. However, the address on their site is used for virtual addresses (i.e. they are not located at the address they list) and I cannot find them in the Texas Taxable Entity Search.

Looking at their LinkedIn account. They list six employees and all of these people are in India, with five of the six being in or near Delhi. This is interesting because there's also a LinkedIn profile for an 'Xpress Ranking', with the same logo, but in Delhi.

I do not care where a company is based. However, I do care if they're not exactly open with the truth...

Oh and they've also been banned from Reddit for spam!

Update: 16th March 2024. In the ten days since I first received spam from Xpressranking, they have spammed me another FOUR TIMES. Like their first spam, none of these emails have any way of un-subscribing. I am now going to have to block their domain. I have copies of all of these emails I will happily share with Turstpilot to prove this is a genuine review of Xpressranking's business practices.

I am a professional photographer, and I have had this company execute work in the past that was done quickly and properly from an amazing employee named Maria Smith. She did do excellent work, but then she mysteriously disappeared due to medical leave. After several months of non-responsive emails some random person contacted me saying they took over her account. I told them that I paid $500 over five months ago and no one has done the work. After many months of calling, still nothing has been done. I paid $500 to this company over one year ago exactly to this day, and I have and given for separate project leaders that we're obligated to execute the work I pay them for. All four of them have taken extensive notes over a long phone calls about the work to be done, but that was as far as it went. No one return phone calls, no one replied back via email, no one replied back via text, and no one replied back from calling the main business line. At the end of the day, every single phone number, given to me, ended up having an automated response of "the phone number, and not receive phone calls at this time." I'm looking into my bank right now to get my payment back for services, not rendered. Make sure you are covered before you give these people any money.

Been alot of empty promises, Our business Booms in summer and now we have no calls coming in to keep us busy and we've been complaining about the same issues for MONTHS now and its always "give us 1 more month" how can we do such a thing if the marketing and funds not rolling in? we gave this company complete trust and we regret it now, dont use this marketing, only strong on making blogs on your website smdh.
