Seemless coding integration

My company has used XpertCoding for 2 years now. Their team has allowed us to tailor the product to our specific setting and have been very open to suggestions that have helped make the product better. We have had several iterations over many months but ultimately their algorithm is much faster than human coders. They have helped us optimize our billing in terms of making sure that charts go to the payors with the correct billing code and they have a fast turnaround time, allowing us to be paid for our services in a timely manner.

We enjoy working with Xpertdox at America’s Family Doctors. Xpertdox has really helped turn around our practice. All our providers, including myself Dr. Samudrala saves a lot of time by just focusing on patient care instead of billing and coding. We are so happy to work with Xpertdox and highly recommend this great service to medical practice.

Ease of Implementation and ROI are impressive!

XpertDox has increased our Medical Billing potential.

They are reviewing all of our Medical Claims for accuracy, and have been able to increase our average reimbursement in several ways.

XpertDox is able to ensure proper documentation and the right level of service. They are adding charges that we missed in charting, which should have been added. This is allowing us to be paid for all of the hard work our clinical staff are doing.

The team is very fun and easy to work with, are prompt to reply, and highly communicative.

We have been impressed with XpertDox, and are adding their software to all of our locations.

An Excellent Tool

XpertCoding is a great platform to increase the efficiency for coding teams. Their system is very robust & they perform regular updates & improvements. Customer service is second to none. They provide easy communication methods & direct contact with knowledgeable technical teams. They also provide an account dashboard for reporting & analytics.
