Months to ship a false hope!
Hi! I recently purchased the Cavalli set from you that was listed as Roberto Cavalli, but the tag on the garment actually reads Just Cavalli. Since those are different lines with different values, I just wanted to check if this may have been a listing error.
Could you clarify this for me? I’d really appreciate it, and I’d be open to a partial refund or another solution if it was mislisted. Thank you!
I ordered a dress almost a month ago… can't get a hold of seller
I ordered a dress almost a month ago and haven't received any shipping information. I have emailed both emails, instagrammed, used the shop app and used the contacts on the website, with no response. I understand this is a small company but it is not a good business practice to never communicate with customers (as you can see, many other customers are having the same difficulty) especially when all of their dresses are quite expensive. If I'm paying hundreds of dollars, I expect communication, not "technical difficulties" as some of the other reviews stated. I have my fingers crossed that my dress will actually arrive as I was looking at it for 6 months before I saved up to purchase it. I am also hoping it comes early enough so I can actually wear it to the event I'm going to. I would be very careful about buying from this company since many other people have experienced the same thing. If it's going to take them months to ship a dress, they need to say that.

The order was delayed in delivery I do not recommend purchasing at all.
No communication from seller/technical issues
I have no idea what’s going on with my order. I purchased quite an expensive dress through their website (oct. 11.25), roughly 369$ CAD after falling in love with the colour. According to their web page it states that orders will be dispatched between 3-5 days and to allow for some delays— fair enough. So I waited three weeks (close to a month now) with no news. I decided to reply to the confirmation email, as instructed, asking if my order has shipped. No reply. I wait a couple of days (business days) no reply. I go to their website and find another email, because apparently there are two you can email from, and I try emailing that one. NOTHING. I tried the message bot on their website too and no one replies to that. I even tried the “comment” option which states they will reply in 48hours. No reply! Also the website says the time for reply to emails 48hrs. I tried looking with the tracking number and all it says is “label created” as of November 5th. I tried emailing them one last time today but I have no hopes. Listen I don’t care if it takes a month to ship as long as someone confirms this with me. I should not have to send 5 emails.
Edit: Someone finally reached back apologizing and offering a discount for a future purchase. According to the email they were experiencing technical difficulties and the order should arrive within 3 business days. We shall see. I’ve updated the rating for now and will edit again upon receiving the dress.
Edit Nov. 14: I finally have the dress. It's very nice and it arrived in a nicely packaged/secure box. I will adjust the rating, but unfortunately for the whole email issue I can't put 5 stars.

There was a short period where I did not receive any tracking information which I was a little worried about but it resolved after a few days of waiting, once i recieved the email the dress shipped within 5 days as stated on the site. Overall an extremely pleasant experience and the little note that comes with it is so sweet.

Everything I wanted and more!!!
Xoxofits did a fantastic job with my order! I requested a quicker shipping time due to my wedding coming up, and they accommodated me and even sent me a handwritten note to congratulate me. The dress came in time for alterations with weeks to spare. The dress is absolutely incredible and lives up to the pictures. I would definitely order from here again.

Cannot contact seller
Final Update/TLDR [11 Mar]: Dress took a long time to ship and there's very limited communication with the seller, but it did arrive in the exact condition as advertised and I'm happy with it.
Update [26 Feb]: I did receive an email back that said that my shipment should arrive "by Friday or Monday at the latest", both dates came and went, no dress.
Original [22 Feb]: I ordered a dress weeks ago and I have tried everything to get in touch with the company (the 'contact' tab on their website, emails to both xoxofitz777@gmail and hello@xoxofitz, the Shop App message feature, and Instagram direct message as well as a comment on a post.) No response or acknowledgment anywhere.
I'm definitely questioning the legitimacy of the business at this point. This is my last ditch effort as it looks like someone responds to these- hopefully we can reconcile this and I will be happy to update this review if a correction can be made.

Poor communication from the seller
Poor communication from the seller, the dress arrived much later than was told initially and so I couldn't wear it to the even I was going to. The colour was also slightly different from the pictures on the website, which makes me think the pictures are edited, so be careful if you are looking for a specific dress colour to wear.
