This company is extremely misleading and feels like a scam.

Their advertisement clearly claimed iPhone compatibility and a 14-day trial, which is the only reason I signed up. After paying, I discovered that XMobi does NOT actually support iPhones and there was no real trial period at all.

On top of that, I was charged an extra $10 for “support” that I never intentionally agreed to. With one click, they charged my card a total of $60 for a service that doesn’t match what was advertised.

This is deceptive advertising and unauthorized billing. The product does not deliver what they promise, and the checkout process is designed to trick you into paying more than expected.

I’ve requested a refund and will be disputing the charges with my bank if it’s not resolved.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I think its hilarious people are mad that they can't hack other people's accounts. Yall must've been very desperate I even seen where it said you need the other persons consent. You deserve your money to be taken for trying to violate other people's privates. Lol you messed around and found out. I just wanted to post this i didn't use the service

Xmobi is a SCAM WEBSITE! They will have false advertisements on google for services they don't offer. Once they take your money, all those "special servcies" disappear and brings you to the original website for tracking phones? This website was advertised all over Google as a snapchat hacker, when that is not the case at all. They will not give me a refund even though they were illegally false advertsing. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY

SCAM
They together with GLASSAGRAM are scamming pages and play this ugly game together.
They give misleading information via links the service is not provided at all at the end and the payment method is also untrustable missing the 2 factor authentication process.
They never reply in case of any questions.

Dont trust neither XMOBI nor GLASSAGRAM and try to report them both on as many channels as you can!

Exactly the same experience as other bad reviews. At no point when purchasing the software did it say you needed the other device to be able to access the WhatsApp information, total scammers and should be shut down
Customer service was useless and sent me terms and conditions of returns but at no point did any of this information become available before purchasing

There seems to be a general consensus that this site is just scamming people out of their money. Wish I had rather taken some time out to read these reviews before opting for the service yesterday. I wanted the service to monitor my sons snapchat while I was out the country for a month, opted only for a months service, typed in the user ID which it then downloaded and gave you the option of track the account which I did, then took me to a payment page for $49.99 which I did and after payment was complete it then went to the next page to have the other device with you and steps to follow to download software on the device to track their account. At no stage anywhere on their opening page was there ever a clear mention of having to have the other device present for their software to work. I emailed customer service and a Helen Green was unhelpful and offered no other resolution to a refund even though I had not even used the service and had just paid. Very shameful customer service and a bunch of thieves. Get off the internet XMOBI or fix your login webpage and stop stealing peoples money.

Xmobi are nothing more then low life bottom feeders. They are thieves and will try to trick you out of your money any way they can. Don't bother asking them to refund your money, even if you never used there service once, they will not return it. Buyer Beware ! Stay away from this shady site. I wish I would have

These are total scammers. Service as advertised is never delivered. Don't believe their adds, they simply can't make it happen.

I was searching for an Instagram hacker service to check my daughter's Instagram account and xmobi.co came out on top. I clicked on the link to their website and it immediately asked me for the Instagram account I wanted to access. I entered her Instagram account username then hit NEXT. It showed me some text saying checking and what not then showed me a button saying "click here to download account details" which I assumed was her password. I then hit next, accepted some long agreement quickly out of excitement then paid 50 USD only to be surprised that this is NOT an Instagram hacking service as they claimed but instead, it's a program that I need to install on her phone to monitor it which is not what I was looking for. I quickly contacted their customer support and they told me that no refund will be issued under any circumstances and that I have agreed to their terms and conditions. It may be true that that did state what is the service in the long terms and conditions which most people read anyway, the whole ad was a scam and made it sound like this is an Instagram hacking service, not an app that you need to install and subscribe to! horrible customer service and first class scamming tactics!
