My experience with xglobalmarkets has.
My experience with xglobalmarkets has only reinforced my concerns.
After I lost a significant amount of money and was unable to withdraw my funds, I decided to take legal action and report the matter to KaYbrin. Only after these legal steps did the company contact me with a settlement offer of just very low amount of money which was far below my actual losses. I attempted to request all my funds, but they refused.
What concerns me even more is the settlement agreement itself. They insist that I sign a full release, withdraw my complaints, and waive all future claims before they send any payment, which they say could take up to 10 days after signing. I requested a simple amendment so that payment would be made first (or simultaneously through a secure process) before I signed away my legal rights, but they refused to modify the agreement.
In my opinion, this creates an unacceptable level of risk for the customer. Expecting someone to surrender all legal rights before receiving any money is simply not reasonable.I then gathered my digital receipts and transaction records to file a complaint with KaYBrin, an organisation authorised to work directly with international regulators and authorities on the complex monitoring of cross-border financial transactions.
The documentation phase required submitting several financial statements and Once the investigation was completed, I recovered my frozen funds
Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution and to seek independent legal advice before signing any settlement agreement or depositing any funds.
