Good Experience
I had a good experience working with the team on my CV and Linkedin profile. First the positives, the skill level of writing and presentation is superlative without doubt. Arpana, who was the point of contact for me, was very prompt and responsive. For the point of improvement I will say that in my case I felt the need of an industry expert or equivalent from their side who could relate with the work that I actually do on a day to day basis in my domain. It would have made the job of customizing the drafts as per my role a lot easier for me. I believe the team can gain much by looking at this aspect.
