Would definitely use them again
Problems with delivery because of the Post Office but Xentair (thank you Paul) came back to me very promptly with the tracking information so I was able to collect my parcel. The part is as requested and is installed and working fine. I would definitely use Xentair again.

Every time I use Xentair I am not…
Every time I use Xentair I am not disappointed, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If they tell you you will have something in so many days it always arrives. I always need my spares quickly and they always try to get it away that day. When working on my machine they are a font of knowledge.
I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service. I ordered a Xerox 8560 printer maintenance kit. It was half the price shown on other web sites and the printer recognised it as a genuine Xerox product when installed. Fast delivery on the standard delivery option and securely packaged. A very positive experience.
