I walked in to ask, “what’s up?” Then spent 4 hours with trained professionals and ended up donating my life saving plasma.

Purchased a 12v compact jump pac and air pump from them a year of so ago. The jump pac expanded out of the case and the air pump blew the hose the first time it went over 50lbs pressure. Contacted the warranty chat and they said they would replace the jump pac, no problem, for $39.99 shipping, the pac is no bigger than a cell phone, that much for shipping an item that small is ridiculous. Yes, 39.99 is in the warranty statement, but why would you pay that much again for a product that did not last more than a year? No, thanks, in the garbage it goes.

I ordered a set of fog lights and I received them in about 3 days, just like they said. They are fast and reliable. Had what I needed in stock.

Listen, the customer service w/this company is top notch and so are their products. Pricey? Yes, but well,well worth it. They stand by their products.

Order shipped and delivered as promised. Nicely packaged but I was a little surprised there was no shipping doc for return purposes if necessary, no installation instructions or where to get them (although that was fairly simple to figure out).
I had to return the first set of HIDs because, apparently, Hyundai does not use the same connectors for their projector lights as others in the auto industry so. I assume this because I order LEDs from another lighting company and the connectors were the same problem. That's not your fault but that's not mine either. The rep who was doing the fact-finding to determine my issue with the lights finally concurred that I needed H11 and 9005 lights. He topped it off by saying "We won't charge you the 15% restocking fee." Well, bully for youse guys! I gave you the lead; make sure this doesn't happen again to your other Hyundai customers. The other light company didn't threaten me with restock fees. They even paid for shipping the lights back to them. That company was Diode Dynamics. I didn't make my final purchase with them this time because they didn't have HID lights for the Hyundai and I wasn't impressed with the light output from the LED bulbs.

I had a very bad experience at the beginning as it’s very annoying to get tech support through chat only, as one of my lights where not working. As long as you give yourself lots of time, they will go step by step to find the exact issue. Unfortunately in my case it was not an installation issue, it was a defaulty ballast. But once they found the issue, they kindly sent out a replacement part right away.
I really appreciate having good service and good quality products. Their products are definitely worth the price. And having peace of mind, knowing that they will replace any defective part with out hesitation as long as you take time and go through their tech.

I purchased LED headlights back in 2020 and have been using them happily ever since. They have been the best set of LED’s I’ve ever experienced. Fast forward to March 2024 and headlights started flickering and going out, I contacted XenonPro to see if anything could be done and sure enough they stand behind their product without question. In a few short minutes my warranty claim was approved over chat and was sent a new pair of LED headlights for my car. Fantastic service and they completely stand behind their product and offer a lifetime warranty; they made my day!

Been using the H11 LED kit in my 2019 Chevy Colorado, and they have been amazing! Recently, one side actually stopped working. Only took a few minutes with a customer service rep, Kevin, who was amazing, and my replacements were on the way! These are by far the best LED lights I have ever used, and the best customer service! HIGHLY recommended!

Lights were very bright and easy to install fast delivery

Thorough with details, great at asking questions. Emailed me to verify I got the part right for my car on Sunday which was not expected and the delivery arrived super fast. Headlight bulbs fit great and have tons of output, only downside is the locking tabs that are used on the housing are smaller than what the standard bulb is so the locking would not work for my headlights. Probably specific issue to my vehicle and not a fault of the product.
