Great customer service. Kevin took the time to analyze the wiring setup and made sure the polarity from lamp housing to cancellor are correct. After diagnosis, Kevin and I determined it was a faulty kit. Replacement will be on the way with fast shipping. I'm recommending this company to every gear head I know who want conversion.

Fate can be vicious topped with a run of bad luck. Simply months after I installed my new Dual Beam, Hi & Low Beams - H4 (9003/HB2) - Full Xenon HID Bulb kit a deer out of nowhere smashed my headlight assembly costing hundreds in damages. I wanted a matching part but only needed a bulb. Customer support BLEW ME AWAY with not just their offer to help but their lightening fast response to support me in my efforts to restore my car from the damage. They have made me a customer for LIFE and all my vehicles will fly the XenonPro logo with pride!

Accidentally ordered the wrong size and they emailed me and let me know and VERY quickly resolved the issue and was very good and easy with communication.

The website was extremely easy to navigate. I simply put in my vehicle information and selected the HID products. I ordered low beam, high beam and fog light kits with 55W controllers and the anti-flicker harnesses.

I received the order in 2 days. I completed the installation in about 45 minutes. Powered up my truck and tested the lights. They are AMAZING!!!

The cost for the complete conversion was very reasonable. All the instructions are on the website. I simply took a pic using my phone and went to work.

I highly recommend XenonPro for HID conversions. Excellent company, excellent product and great prices.

Had some minor issues in the begin but was helped by Mike and really tried to make it right. Very nice and helpful with the difficult situation.

I did a live chat with a gentleman named Dale about a warrant replacement. I troubleshoot the problem and came to the conclusion that it was the driver's side bulb. When I spoke with him he wanted me to perform things that I and my mechanic had already done to track the problem, and when I advised him that I did he stated that he doesn't believe I did anything! I replied excuse me and he said no need to excuse yourself and in the middle of me typing he ended the chat and I am unable to speak to anyone. I sent a request to be contacted and still haven't heard from anyone. The product is great and I've been a customer for about 3 years but this customer service I experienced wasn't called for and neither was the rudeness of this person. I just need my product replaced and for the warranty to be honored.
UPDATE!!!!! I spoke to a gentleman named Mike that personally called me and we discussed the issue and he apologized on the experience that I had with the other representative. He was very professional and resolved my issue promptly with my warranty claim. Thank you Mike!!

Bought H7 LED bulbs fo my 2021 Hyundai Kona Luxury. I had some issues however I received a call from Manager Mike and my issues were corrected to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.

They warrantied my fog lights after three years. They really stand by their product. Customer service is excellent too.

Update still haven't had anybody contact me about the problem and I don't want to talk to Dale or Allan because there ignorant the 39.99 shipping fee is reallty a warranty fee and says on there website shipping fee nothing about warranty Allan tried to say its no different then paying taxes and not knowing where your taxes go (update 12-16-22) Mike took care of everything if any problems you go directly to him thanks again Mike

Ordered a fog light kit for a 2006 xc90 and a warning canceller for my XC90’s H11 XenonPro headlights (I purchased the H11’s several months ago). The H1 fog light kit will not fit my vehicle although it’s listed as the proper kit on the website. I went to IPD Volvo in person and they verified that these H1 fog lights are not plug and play and will not fit. I worked with Alan and Dale at ZenonPro on the return. They had no idea why this product would not fit. I then installed the warning canceller, powered up my H11 headlights and observed that the instrument panel ‘low beam outrage’ message light appeared. I again opened a chat with Dale and he wasn’t able to troubleshoot (suggested a polarity swap). This was not the issue and he said he could not resolve the issue. I am very pleased with my H11 and H4 ZenonPro lights on my XC90 and the ZenonPro Headlights on my GMC suburban. I am disappointed with the marketing (web site) statement of fit for the fog lights as well as the inoperable warning light canceller. The return as I understand will be assessed a restocking fee. This seems like a very poor business model given that these items respectively did not fit and did not function properly. I hope that these issues can be corrected. Thank you

I received a call from Mike at XenonPro. He listened to my issues with my order and explained, with respect to my H1 fog lights not being ‘plug and play’ ready that some applications apparently including mine have a bulb retainer system and in these cases the XenonPro kit will not work. XenonPro does address fitment problems such as mine in the generic disclaimer. Mike was extremely attentive and helpful and promised to assist me in finding a solution if possible. Additionally, I was promised a full refund and reimbursement for my return shipping. I will continue to do business with XenonPro and appreciate the old fashioned ‘call the customer’ approach to problem solving.

I initially ordered the LED kit with anti flicker and also tried the HID kit for my Chrysler 200. Unfortunately they were not able to bypass my system. But Xenon customer support was top notch and I was able to get a refund along with another idea to try. Would definitely buy from them again and Mike is amazing without him this would of been a very different review… so I just want to say a huge thank you to him and it is nice to see company's still standing behind the product it is rare these days

Had a problem but Mike @ XenonPro solved it Wonderfully!!

Number 1: Their website says "Extremely simple and quick Plug & Play installation". Dictionary definition of “plug & play” is "denoting or relating to software or devices that are intended to work perfectly when first used or connected, without reconfiguration or adjustment by the user". I purchased LED Headlights for my 2002 Thunderbird. First, the retaining ring for the headlight bulb would not fit over the Xenonpro bulb. They told me to cut the ring to try & make it work. If it failed to work or ruined the ring, I would no longer be able to use it. Also, the retaining ring is no longer available anywhere (not even the Ford house) so I would be unable to replace it and go back to original headlights. Next, the LED bulb is longer and hits the fender/fender well when installed in the headlight assembly so the headlight assembly cannot be re-installed without modification. They continually refer me back to the multiple page of “terms” (legal speak) where buried in the middle, it says you may have to make modifications to your vehicle to use their products. But prominently on their website is the “Extremely simple and quick Plug & Play installation” wording. How is a person supposed to know if their car will need modification unless they either have the LED bulb in hand or the measurements of the LED bulb available to them before purchase?
Would you make irreversible modifications to your low mileage, classic vehicle that will drastically affect the resale value for LED bulbs that were supposedly “plug & play”?

Finally talked with Mike, a manager, at XenonPro and we have resolved the issue to my satisfaction and his. Mike was very professional and totally understood what my issues were and took VERY good care of me. I have received a full refund and am extremely satisfied with their service. Once I was able to communicate with someone via telephone, we were able to take care of everything. Would definitely recommend them in the future!!
