Be careful with this company
Be careful with this company. I bought a new laser light for BMW. The product arrived with a broken pin.
At the time of purchase, they claimed that the lamp was new and unused and without defects.
The broken place was already in the videos they sent, but is very small and unnoticeable, but compared to the old lamp, you can see when it is broken.
The lights are not new either, but have been restored with signs of use upon closer inspection.
Realizing when the lights are used/restored and still broken, they refuse to take them back.
I offered to send back the light - but seller refuse this...

This answer is absolutely brilliant. Sold damaged light and not take back. You see all answers for negative feedback is same strategy..

We are so sorry about your negative experience with our company, but we want to respond to your feedback and explain why we refused to accept the return.
Firstly, all pictures and videos were sent before shipping, showing that the headlight was new, including the lens cover which you were aware was scratched. We did not hide anything and took all the photos you requested. Therefore, it was not repaired. Some of the retainers that should be mounted on the new headlight might have been used, but this does not mean the headlight was not new. We apologize, but we are not an official BMW store and do not have all parts new.
Secondly, after you received the headlight, you did not mention any issues with its condition or anything unexpected.
Lastly, when you finally contacted us about your client's decline of the headlight, more than 14 days had already passed. According to Lithuanian law, we are not obligated to accept a return after this period.
We are very sorry again for your negative experience and promise to more carefully check all lights before shipping to any customer in the future.
Ordered 2 Headlight housing and lens cover
I made an order from this company. I ordered 2 Porsche Headlight Housing for Macan 2021 and 1 glass(lens cover). The package reached Germany within 5 days, which was a few days earlier than the expected time for other companies. I was advised by 2 employees (1 by the way, not during working hours), it was precisely those Headlight Housing that I ordered, the glass came like as from the factory (it shines and changes color under sunlight). The goods came very well packed, this company has logo on box. Before ordering goods, I read reviews on this site and on others, and they were not very good but I took a chance and everything was great. Once again, I was convinced that most negative reviews can be written not objectively, apparently the reviews means some other purposes. Thank you guys, continue to work at the same high level!

Only problems!!! Only problems!! i was also blocked on whatsapp! second answer! xenonled.eu does not know how to work. I was going to failure because of them. I have all my customers very nervous. Be careful. They are all faulty. To help you they ask for more money and there is no profit. they have a lot of negative feedback!! be very careful!!!

when we started to work together you was glad of work with us, you said that we are best supplier in the world, yes there was few cases which we needed to react and fix it as we give warranty for all our works and products...
Secondly, you have bought from us few pair of headlights for future, after we sold it for you almoast a year has passed, you contacted with us i gave you an advice where could be problem, as headlights was new so problem with headlight could not be... you didnt listen us, than we offered to solve that problem but you need to ship it to us, but you didnt sent it.... also we was needed to listen a lot of negative word adressed to us...
Than i agreed to help you, but for last time as you said you will not work more with us, very sad, but ok, we agree for few problems you do not want to work more, that is ok,
Thirdly, after last problem you ask again for materials...yes we do not answred, because you said before you do not want work no more...
Last of us, man who have own workshop in italy, work with cars, always do not know how to solve not standart problems, always ask a lot of information what is not professionaly as workshop owner, always blame only us... Very sad to recieve negative feedback from you... For people who will see this feedback, you always could contact us with e-mail, whatsapp, viber, telegram we alway answer asap, and if there any problems we always try to solve it friendly :)

This is an example of delighting a customer. I live in Ireland and needed a replacement bulb for a headlight. To my dismay the main dealer quoted me over 3000 euro to replace the entire headlight as it a completely sealed unit. I tried everywhere to locally get it fixed and came across Vlad and his team. I was a little nervous about shipping off the headlight but it all worked out just fine. They fixed the light and shipped it back. Although there was a small issue I wasn’t happy about when I got it back Xenonled stood over their work and took it back and fixed it at their cost. Absolutely delighted with that. Great service. Highly professional. Well done

Low quality headlights with stains on internal and external lenses
I bought a pair of headlamps from them recently. They sent me a video of the headlights in full working condition and everything was great , including pictures on their website. But when i recieved the headlights, the item condition wasn't what was shown on website and the video they sent. Picture on website and headlights condition DO NOT TALLY. They even told me that the picture on the website is only for display purpose and the headlights i got from them are not the one from the website. There were also VERY BAD STAINS on the inner projector lens. Showed them picture of the stains and they said they had no idea of what is it and unable to explain. Whats worst was that the label on the lights required for coding were worn off. If only pictures can be posted on this website and it will speak a thousand words !! When i demanded a refund, they refused and i had to spend the extra cash to do overhaul for my lights !! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BUYING LIGHTS FROM THEM IF YOU ARE LOCATED OVERSEAS !!! Please note that the reply that they gave to my review didnt even answer the question of the stains on the inner headlight projector lens and the headlight lens itself.

problem of coding wasnt only in sticker which ones was little bit damaged of using,
main problem that you will need to do retrofit works, and you do not how to do it correctly, what we could do we tried to help you, but to give all information what to do sorry but we cant, it is our work to do those works,
