Fantastic!

Thoroughly enjoyed completing my IWFM Lvl 4 award with the Xenon group. The level of feedback was at a level where it makes you think more in depth about the specific question.

The delivery of the sessions were pitched at a perfect level and helped make the learning fun and engaging.

Would I take a course with these again? 100%. Thank you to Sue, Karen and David for enhancing my knowledge within FM.

Xenon is an excellent training provider with supportive tutors who guide you through to successful completion of your course. In addition, the venue they use has top notch Facilities. Altogether, a wonderful experience. Well recommended!

Unfortunately did not provide the service, tutor, or provide me with a cohort or student class, course or IWFM membership but still wanted the money and took me to court after covid whilst stating in an email that they will not provide the course as advertised if I paid. Still dealing with the fallout.

I work as a Technician in Facilities Management, and hadn't been in education for over 10 years. But the course with this provider offered detailed material and consistent support from the tutors. From very little knowledge, it helps you develop a strong understanding of the systems and terminology in the FM sector. I highly recommend this course as your gateway into Facilities Management.

I've done distance learning before and at times struggled with portions of it. Sue was absolutely excellent. Turned my assignments round incredibly quickly and always offered valued tutorance and guidance on wherever i was stuck. She was incredible and i owe her a huge thanks.

I cannot recommend the Xenon Group highly enough. Due to health issues, I had to delay my progress significantly after initially starting the course. However, the support I received throughout this challenging period was outstanding.

Rather than letting me drift, 3 to 4 members of the team (including tutors and support staff) consistently checked in on my well-being and progress. Once I began the assignment stage, their guidance was invaluable. They provided incredibly sharp, thorough, and prompt feedback that ensured I fully understood the material and completed my tasks on time.

Administratively, Xenon was remarkably flexible and accommodating of my personal circumstances, while academically, their support was precise and efficient.
