I Started in September and have been going for almost three months, and I have noticed tremendous differences already.

My cardio, flexibility, strength, kick-boxing skills and discipline has massively improved in only a short time.

Great value for money as they offer decades of experience for super competitive prices that will not break the bank.

The team here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, many thanks to Grace, Sensei Paul and Sensei Joe for the excellent experience they have provided so far.

This review is about discrimination within this martial arts club.
My daughter has a disability that she was very upfront about from when she started. Especially in the way it affects her. She also gave all her medical information to them.
She has been going there now for over two years, after they accepted her. She had to stop going for a period as she needed a change in her medication, which was agreed upon by both parties.
She restarted a month ago. She then suffered a blackout once the class had finished in the dojo, and they immediately told her that she could not come
back. She tried to appeal as she loves it there but they still insisted that they cant have anybody there who is sick but yet they accepted her knowing her disability in the first place.
I, as her mother relied to talk to them and they wouldn't listen.
This, in my opinion, is nothing but disability discrimination. It's disgusting!!!

Do not get into contract or any form of membership with this entire company and all the other branches that they have. They twist the contract and scam you out of your money, and when you conform them they tell you to go and read the contract and they basically don’t give a sh*t

It took my daughter nearly four months to figure out that the place is not what it seems. It's always crowded, and the children is always waiting for their turn. They charge a lot and don't get much out of the lesson.
A particular sensei would choose people twice their own race when pad work was carried out, which appeared to be white privilege. Naturally, I did not raise it at that time, as it is a challenging task.
An individual who remains anonymous at the location also admitted to me that they distribute belts, which are presumably chargeable, in order to generate revenue. I have personally witnessed this behaviour.

They take your money and refuse to issue a refund at any cost.
They do not provide lessons, they simply take your money.
I booked a lesson of 5 in advance.

The occurrence of Covid was unprecedented; therefore, we decided to refrain from returning due to health concerns and the aforementioned reasons. Furthermore, due to the significant disruption, people's lifestyles were altered.

Numerous companies were being receptive; however, they refused to provide my funds when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service. They requested a letter from my physician, but were able to obtain one.

They said another reason for not giving me my money was that they would keep two months of fees for my daughter, which had nothing to do with the situation.

They said they are keeping it because we didn't finish six months, and they keep changing their stories to keep my money, but they had closed during covid so that was THEY WERE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT

In conclusion, they are not trustworthy and will do whatever it takes to keep your money. Please steer clear of them.

I was fobbed off by the receptionist up to six times when I had to attend, they didn't sort this out numerous stressful times on the phone, they shouldn't be operating.

The proprietor, manager, or whatever he refers to, exhibits rudeness, arrogance, and a lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against entrusting your funds to these fraudulent individuals.
