Most terrible hosting company in Nigeria.
They are scammers hiding.
Please anyone that can provide a credible info on the founder should send it to Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) contact @ fccpc.gov.ng
and Agodi Area Command of the Oyo State Police Command.

Worst hosting company in Nigeria so…

Worst hosting company in Nigeria so far.
I am currently hosting 4 websites with them with many other friends of mine that I referred them to this fraudster called xclusivehostNG. For the past few months that I migrated to them, it has been from one problem to other. As I write this review, all my websites are down. I created tickets since the beginning of this week, no response. When I called number switched off.

worst nigeria hosting as it stands now

This hosting has been down for more than a week now, and i have 12 websites hosted with them, which i can't even have access to my SQL database file to move my website to a different host. even their main hosting website is down and not opening for a few days go. very bad hosting and not recommended.

Worst Service Ever!

I have about 6 websites hosted on xclusive. Without prior notice, all my websites have been down for 3 days now. They won’t go through and I can’t even access my cpanel.

To make things worse, xclusivehost website itself is even offline. Now, I have clients coming for my head.

I should have seen this coming because there have been different instances that I pay for hosting subscription and it won’t reflect. They will tell me I didn’t make any payment and because I really dread my sites going offline, I would pay them again.

Is it a crime to believe that I can use a Nigerian hosting company?

XclusiveHost NG Is SCAM!

No matter how much XclusiveHost wants to pay for positive reviews, I'll speak the truth. Each positive review on this business is by a profile that has never made any comment ever before on Trustpilot. One FAKE positive review per month. Lol. How can you lie that you are satisfied when your website goes down for many days without prior notice or even an apology when it happens? I used them in the past, they are scammers. Infact, it's just one single person - support, billing, etc is run by the owner who is a SCAMMER living in Akwa-Ibom. If you request for a refund, the guy would suspend your account and asks for your ID. What does a legit company need ID for so as to make a refund to the original source? This is just a SCAM format. If you provide a SCAMMER with your ID, just expect Identify Theft issues. So do not trust this business. You won't receive any refund and your account would be deleted once you insist on a refund based on their terms. Use other hosting services. The support was also terrible since it is run by one man. He can take 7 days before responding!

Use at your own risk with lots of downtime.

Xclusivehost has been reliable and…

Xclusivehost has been reliable and swift in their customer relation and also their work effectiveness.
I hosted a website and they also helped in developing my website and it was all done at stipulated time given by them.
When I needed some assistance on my technical know how, I contacted their customer service and they were up to date and supported me on all issues I had.
Till today, they are still my Topnotch; very responsive and accessible.
