worst service in the world, ordered item online which should have been delivered within 5 days, and it was never delivered after 10 days.. i cancelled order and requested refund, but they did not cancel it, its 6 may, and i received sms that i will get my item within 48 hours, this is second sms like this i have received , Xcite wont refund, every time i call them they are lying that request for cancellation was sent... never order online anything, you will suffer, if you decide to cancel, or you will wait month for your item. and you have to call all day to reach them....
Alghanim not Delivering online shopped things on time
peoples be Aware that Alghanim online they are not delivering on time.they charge extra money for next day Delivery and they dont even pick the call or reply your messages. i cant believe such a big company so unprofessional.
Bought a tv through their online apps
Bought a tv through their online apps on 11th April 2020. Was promised they they will deliver on 15th. Called cust service on 12 to change the phone number because using an old number and the agent said it has been escalated and request has been updated to delivery team. Called again on 13th to remind them that phone number has been change. Same, told that the request is updated. Called again on 14th to confirm the numbers and same answer given and told that will received my item on 15th april. The day came and no call from delivery team. Called cust service and told that they will deliver the next day. 16,17,18 APRIL getting the same answer and only to be told order cancelled on 19 april because they cannot call. Wasted my whole week and credit around 12 kd just to call them (no point speaking with them whole week trying to rectify the number). No coordination between cust service and delivery team. Avoid xcite online and will never use their service again EVER!

It was horrible
It was horrible, I have ordered Beats headphone and I was tracking the shipment. The status was shipping and suddenly it was canceled. They have canceled the order by themselves, HaHaHaaa just like that!!!
I believe you do not know how to respect yourself before you respect your clients. Because you have to respect your commitments.
I know it may be a tough time period, but simply if you can not commit with orders, stop the orders. This what I can understand and respect.
Also, I have called them, but definitely as expected from such a management, no answer!! Like any spam website or provider :)
Further, I have sent an email, also, no answer hhhh.
Now, after you canceled the order from your side, expect that you will cut some of the money!!!!!
I expect the worse from you guys, you are seriously so bad.

Hi,
I have ordered iphone through xcite.com in saudi arabia and paid full amount through credit card. I received invoice and order details by mail. Now in Xcite.com when I check the status of my order, it is showing "cancellation request received" . But I didn't request for cancel the order. Then I contacted customer care & they are not responding. Now no updates regarding the delivery. Seems like I loss my money and which is huge. Very bad service. Anyone can help me how to complain this legally in saudi arabia as I have already invoice and order details.

Very painful and bureaucratic check-out process in Riyadh. Then the clumsy Pakistani shop assistant dropped the printer on my right foot leaving me in agony!! The worst customer service imaginable!

Literally the worst delivery and installation department ever existed... if you expect a delivery from them be prepared for long waiting, many mistakes and total lack of communication ... I had made an order of 2 items online... the next day they brought only the first item... I never heard from them again... after 5 days I was calling them to know when they will deliver the second item... one employee was telling me they can deliver from 4-9 PM... another employee was telling me that this is not possible cause the item needed installation and the technical team is working until 4 PM. Nobody was able to tell me when the delivery was scheduled... their answer was that they would call me when they would be coming... like I was supposed to be at home every day all day waiting for them... I filled a complaint... they said someone would contact me... nobody ever cared.... finally after 8 days on a Saturday someone called and said they will deliver in 5 minutes!!!!! I was lucky to be at home. They brought the item but they said that they couldn't install it cause they didn't know how and someone would come the next day... I told them I will be working the next day so they said someone would come in 1 hour.... nobody ever came... I called again after 3 hours... the employee on the phone said my delivery was scheduled for the next day (didn't even know it was already delivered)... I filled another complain .... still waiting... I decided to do the installation on my own...
...if you can avoid them do it...
